Y/N let out a heavy sigh as she stepped out of the taxi. "Okay Y/N....you can do this." She got her baggage out of the trunk and paid the taxi driver with the money her mom gave her back in her hometown. She stepped onto the doorstep and rang the doorbell. "Coming!" Said muffled voice as a woman opened the door. Y/N smiled. It was Aunt Jaune. "Hey Aunt Jaune" The woman gasped and gave her a hug. Jaune knew it must've been hard for her to lose someone she loved. "Y/N...Ross, Your Uncle and I are so happy you're here..". Y/N chuckled "I know..I know. It's great to be here. Now uhh, can I come inside? It's gonna rain soon." Jaune seemed a bit zoned out, remembering that little thing "Of course, Sweetheart! Come on inside! I'll uh,show you to your room!" Y/N walked inside. She hadn't been there in a while. It's was just like she remembered, but with a few changes. Her and Aunt Jaune walked up the stairs to a nice little hallway, three doors lined up perfectly in a row. One off the right, presumably being Aunt Jaune's room, One of to the left, having a big "KEEP OUT" sign on the door, presumably being Ross's Room, and finally...one in the middle. Y/N's room. Y/N walked inside her room, the bedsheets were (f/c) and so was the rug and the curtains.
It was so cozy! Y/N put her bags down and and walked into the living room. I was smaller than what she remembered, but heck, she was five back then. Jaune was in the kitchen "Hey, uh Y/N!
I'm just about to make dinner if you want to explore some more!"
"Okay!"
Y/N began to explore the house, when her cousin Ross came downstairs.
"Hey, Ross. Long time no see."
"Oh. Hey, Y/N. Mom told me you were gonna be living here so..yeah. welcome."
(A/N this may be out of character lol)
Y/N smiled, kinda happy that her cousin welcomed her, "Thanks."
"No problem." Ross smiled as well and gave Y/N a lil thumbs up.
Jaune called for Y/N and Ross, it was time for dinner!

After dinner, Y/N and Ross were sitting on the couch, both reading books. Ross looked up from his book. "Hey,(nickname)"
"Yeah?"
"I'm really happy you're here.you're pretty cool. thanks for being here with us."
Y/N paused for a bit, very thankful that Ross enjoys her company.

"Thanks dude."
