chapter 7.5

Lia was born as an orphan her parents died mysteriously , they were the CEO of a famous company.

they were going for a meeting with Lia's aunt but at their way they got hurt by a truck ,

but when the police found there , they found out that they were killed brutally by someone.

I lived in her neighbourhood
We became cool friends instantly
Since she only went outside of the house , when she went to school.

I went to the same school too my parents adored her , and you know I was just a kid at that moment.

I didn't knew what things Lia was facing through and I was always so jealous of her , all the kids wanted attention from there parents.

You can't blame me

Lia was only a 5 year old kid at that moment but because Lia's parents died her aunt decided to adopt her.

But her aunt made her life more miserable, she made her do all the disgusting things .

Her aunt's husband was once drunk and even sexually assaulted her .

She was only a fucking ch-child at that moment she didn't even knew what was happening to her.

I saw onjo sobbing as she recalled all those awful memories,

I can't believe people can do these horrible things to a kid i wish I was there when she was in this much pain , I was thinking when onjo started to say something again.

I was going to lia's house at that day , to complete our homework together.

I rang there doorbell many times but nobody answered, but then the her aunt opened the door and let me get inside.

I went to Lia's room and then saw her lying on her bed miserably,

She had fucking bruises all in her body , she couldn't even move because of how worse her condition was,

I quickly went to my home and told my mom about Lia she quickly called dad and went to their house.

My parents saw Lia trying to wash the dishes when she couldn't even stand properly , my mom went and immediately hugged her tight and saw her bruises.

There were tears in all of our eyes , but dad decided to go report them for child harassing but the police couldn't do anything.

They didn't even bothered to take a look at Lia's condition, they were sold to money which was given by her aunt.

She took Lia's parents all the money and took over their company, but due to lack of knowledge they went into debt by spending money like crazy.

When they became really her  poor her aunt  took money from several guys and often got beated up if they didn't payed the money.

Her uncle even tried to sell her that he a sex slave but her aunt saved her i don't know why ,

After that Lia and i didn't met often but when I used to go see her she looked in much worse condition everytime.

After 1 month or something her aunt lost her house in the gambling, but that didn't stopped her from gambling again.

She put Lia on a bet when there was nothing left not even a single penny,
Lia did child labour to get enough food  to eat for a day,

Her aunt sold lia for 1 billion Korean
won , i was passing by Lia's other house with my mom .

When she saw some men going into Lia's aunt house so my mom decided to take a look at them.

She saw a old man trying to kiss Lia on her lips when she was trying hard to get out of his grip but couldn't,

My mom saw it all through the broken window, she immediately called 112.

She immediately reported it and got her uncle and aunt arrested with the other guys who were with the old man.

My mom and dad decided to take care of lia for the time being, i became to like Lia more and more than we eventually became like sister .

But then a couple decided to adopt Lia and take care of her they were my dad's friends so we used to stick together always and here we are today onjo they were a great couple but they weren't able to have a baby "finally finished telling the story of lia to me .

"But her aunt and uncle are free from the jail now , and i am worried that they will try to hurt Lia again "she said She was sobbing again i couldn't help but hug her tight and cried hearing it all I can't help but feel more and more bad for Lia.

Don't  worry onjo i will take care of lia no matter what

But little did I know I saw Lia looking at us with a sad smile on her face.
