It was nighttime now. "Bryan, can you go to sleep?" Asked Chase. "No." Said Bryan. "Should we cause some chaos? I have a good idea." Said Chase. They got up and sneaked outside. "What if we could experiment with fire?" Said Chase. This was already a plan doomed to go downhill. "How will we make the fire?" Asked Bryan. This is the point where Chase got creative. He didn't want to just make fire. He wanted to make a flame attached to a stick! (Aka a torch, as Americans like me call it.) "Wait here." Said Chase. Chase went inside and came back out with a lighter. "Ok. We need 1 stick, a few wheat, and that should be it! Oh wait, the stick need to have a tiny hole where it's cut off, enough to place wheat in." Said Chase. Bryan followed his instructions and found it. Chase put the wheat inside the stick, and lit the wheat on fire. "A torch!" Said Chase. He said it like he just invented fire. They went up the hill where all the wheat was. They ran around with the torch in Chase's hand. But Chase, like always, had a stupid idea. "Bryan. Stand right there." Said Chase. Chase went back a few feet. "Bryan! I'm gonna throw the torch at you. Try to catch it and then throw it back to me." Said Chase. Bryan thought about this. He knew if he failed the wheat would be set to blazes, but what if that could be the challenge. You have to catch it or else the farm will be set alight! Chase throws the torch and Bryan catches it. He throws it at Chase, but a little too hard. The bottom of the stick hits Chase's head, sending him backwards. The fire started to catch onto the wheat! "Chase!" Yelled Bryan. He ran over to Chase, but the fire had already spreaded. Chase opened his eyes to see the fire extremely close to him. "Ah!" He yelled. He ran away from the fire. "What are we gonna do?" Said Chase. "It was your idea!" Said Bryan. "Ok. We need to think of ideas to stop it!" Said Chase. The fire though was already out of control. Soon Ella came out of the house. "Why is there a fire!" She yells. She goes inside and comes out with a fire extinguisher. She gets rid of it. "First you drive yourself into mud, now your setting fires in the crops! I don't want to do this but it's gotten out of control. You are allowed only in your room for an entire day!" Said Ella. Chase had never been through this before. He usually was never punished. They went to bed, knowing the punishments going to be the worst punishment they've ever gotten.
