The Hanahaki disease Is a fictional (not real) disease that happens to someone who is inlove, except the person they're inlove with, isn't inlove with them. This causes a flower, not specific type but a flower, to grow in their lungs and they start coughing flower petals. The disease evolves and they start coughing full flowers and blOOd and the only way to cure this is for the other person to love them back or have the flower growing be surgically removed. But if they surgically remove the flower, they will lose the ability to ever love again. 'Hana' means 'flower' and 'hakimasu' means 'throwing up'. If it isn't cured, it will result in d3ath. (Strong friendship and feeling like they love you / fake love will not cure it)
