Chapter 2: bingo's test run

3 hrs earlier

Universe: earth-419(the blueyverse)

Chili and bluey are bringing bingo to a special test she was selected for. Bingo after being silent for a moment speaks up.

Bingo-"Mum, where are we going again?"

Chili-"you were chosen by scientists to help them test a new machine. Didn't I tell you?"

Bingo-"yeah, but what IS the machine?"

Chili-"y-know how dad always finds old bones of monkeys on his expeditions?"

Bingo-"yeah..?"

Chili-"the scientists think those monkeys were just as smart as us!"

Bingo-*gasp* "really?!"

Chili-"yes. And the machine they're building can show us what it would look like if they were walking around like us."

Bingo-"that sounds amaaaaaazziing"

Soon after chili and bingo's conversation the three arrived at the facility. Nearly everything went smoothly and on the way to the testing room bingo snuck in a quick hug for chili before running in.

Everything was going like clockwork...

*spark! Crackle!*

Scientists scramble to figure out what went wrong. With chili becoming increasingly concerned. Finally, they were able to abort the test.

"W-what happened?" Chili spoke up shakily while bluey was only just piecing everything together. "Something happened on the other side" the head scientists warned. "Stay back while I ask her a few questions".

Bingo stumbled out of the room; smoke flying everywhere. Chili stared intently as the head scientist asked the million dollar buck question:

"What is your name?"
