The cat was sitting on his lap.

"Kat move away! He's mine!"

Kat snarled and hissed as Ann snuggled in next to him. Annoyed she curled up on the side and he scratched her head a little. When she saw Anns long hair all over the sofa, she started to tug on the long strands.

"Urgh your KAT is annoying me!"

"Kat be nice...your my little Angel...good girl!"

"Oi Angel is here...I am here...not there.." Ann looked at him annoyed that he gave his attention to the cat and not her.

"No I am Papas Angel MOVE!" A little girl jumped over Ann,trying to push her away.

"Oi you little brat! I am his angel before you came along!"

Kat looked at Shivaay and Shivaay winked reassuring her. She closed her eyes and snuggled back to sleep.

"OI...come over to this side..that's Mommas spot! I am gonna have to buy a bigger couch now with you two hogging all the space. He pulled his daughter over to the other side. He put a blanket over them and snuggled up to them.

"So what are we watching?"

"Gremlins!" He mimicked an evil laughter with  the pop corn he made. 

"Ohhh Nooo" Shivi tried to make an escape when Shivaay grabbed her from her t-shirt and made her sit back up.

"Momma save me! I love you more!"

"Hut..you Papas gremlin now you want me? You wanted to watch this alone with him..."She pulled a face at her daughter and smirked.

"OAAOAaaa" baby Ansh cried out loud.

"I am telling you all the men in this house are cry babies!" Ann rolled her eyes.

"Ha ha ...You wait...pick a movie you guys want...I was just kidding! I'll get him...I think he wants to come watch a movie with us!"

"Momma let's just pick gremlins...Ansh is going to cry until we do!" 

"Yeah true...and your papa thinks I am scared of those puppets he laughs so much! Idiot!"

"Momma you are the idiot! If you are not scared of the scary gremlins why don't you tell him?"

"Because it makes him laugh!"

"You two are weird!"

"Okay Hendrix! The weird offspring of two weirdos!" She hugged her forcefully and gave her a kiss.

"Thank papa you didn't get to name me that!"

"Whatever I can call you whatever I want because I am your mother young lady!"

"Alright he's here..." Shivaay passed Ansh to Ann. They all huddled up.

What are we watching?

"Gremlins"  both Shivi and Ann said out loud together and baby Ansh gurgled chirpily.

Shivaay placed a kiss on Anns forehead and put his arm around her.

PING...Ann took a glimpse at a phone reminder that popped up.

Tomorrow...New Heart...

She looked up at Shivaay and placed a kiss on his heart wrapping her arms around him tight. Her lips trembled a little bit. Her heart was beating nervously than usual.

How can he be this calm? I...I am not going to get a wink of sleep tonight...I am sure he'll snore all night again so peacefully! Idiot...my idiot...you better come back to me...you better!

He raised an eyebrow and placed a kiss on her head, not used to Ann being this clingy. Usually he was the one to cling on to her. She would patiently let him smother her all he wants though he irritated her at times.

"Are you okay? We can..We can watch this some other time if you are tired?" She asked wiping some pop corn dust off the corner of his lips.

"Angel I've felt Never better..."

He leaned in taking her in a lingering kiss, covering his angry offspring's face with a cushion.

"EWWW get a room you two!" She struggled out.

"You get a room you little gremlin! I can't even kiss my husband now?"

"Nope because he's my papa.." she placed a kiss on shivaays cheek.

"He was MY husband first!"

"MY Papa!"

"MEOwWW"

"Blblblbl P..Pa..PA...PA"

"Did he just? Did he just  called you Papa first too?This children! Do they know how hard to push them out? Ungrateful...little......my boy! Say that again say PA PA again? Maybe then you can say MA..MA...I know you meant to say Momma you accidenly said Pa..I know!"

"He's probably choking on the pop corn! You two are horrible parents! I still can't believe you almost named me Hendrix!" Shivi rolled her eyes.

"What?" Ann panicked and started checking Anshs mouth.

"PA..PA" Ansh started blabbering happily sucking on a pop corn kernel and pulling on Shivaays beard.

"Yaaaay finally I got the best seat in the house! Next to my Papa!" Shivi taking the chance pulled his arm over her and snuggled closed to him.

"Oi you brat that's my seat!"Ann sat on his lap holding Ansh in her arms without realising Kat was resting her head on his leg.

"MEEEeEeEEOW" Kat dug her nails into Anns bum and she swore out loud.

"Fuck this cat! He's my husband...MY HUSBAND ALL OF YOU CAME AFTER ME MOVE!"

Kat hissed and moved up to the top cushion of the sofa right near to Shivaays head and curled up.

"Hendrix take your brother!" She shoved the baby to Shivis hands who rolled her eyes at her.

She snatched his arm that was in the bowl of pop corn and put it over hers. She placed her face on his chest listening to his heart beat. He placed a blanket over them and her cheeks flushed a little as his hand moved up her back. He placed a kiss on her nose and smiled.

"My angel...of-course you came first...! Mwha..."

"GET A ROOM YOU TWO!" Shivi yelled again as the movie played.

"You get a room you little..."

Shivaay started laughing out loud. As his family kept bickering along fighting over him. His beautiful wife...His fiesty little daughter...His Kat with a personality...and his goofy son who just muttered his first words...He felt content.
