Pre-sequel: I want to be yours

When would it be the end?

Nana: I will see you tomorrow, Jahoon! Now get out! You have already worked hard enough, you need to go home and relax.

Jahoon: Alright Mom. I will see you tomorrow!

Nana: Yah!

I quickly ran out of the convenience store, my workplace, before Nana could throw something at me. It was normal for us to do this behaviour. You could say that it was kind of a love-hate relationship. I continued to walk in the direction of my home. The weather was pretty today. That is why I decided to take a long way home and just enjoy the weather when it is still like this. A lot of people were outside and kids were running around playing tag with each other. The smell of coffee was in the air as I walked by the local coffee shop. Everything was perfect for a while until I felt like someone was following me. I turned around to look but I couldn't see anyone suspicious. Maybe it was just me who was too tired. I continued to walk as normal but I still couldn't shake off the feeling of being followed. I turned around once again and just like the first time, I couldn't see anyone behind me. Even though I couldn't see anybody suspicious around, I was sure that someone was following me around. I turned back around and continued to walk as normal. To catch the person in the act I had to act like I wasn't aware of them. I continued to walk back home in the crowded area until I turned around the corner to a more secluded street. This would let me easily catch the stalker. I quickly turned around after a short while and saw Minhyuk with his gang behind me.

Jahoon: You know if you really like me like that you could just have told me so but I have to say that you aren't my type.

Minhyuk: Ha! You wish! You were the one who sold me out to the principal, aren't you?! Do you know how much trouble you have caused me?!

I looked at him with a raised eyebrow as I was confused about what he was talking about. I have never told anyone about what had happened except my family, Jiyeon unnie and Luda unnie. I have never been in contact with the principal or any senior staff of the school ever since I entered the school.

Jahoon: I don't even know what you are talking about. I have never sold you out even though I should after all you have done to me.

Minhyuk: You are just going to act stupid, aren't you?! Oh, wait! You are stupid!

Jahoon: That is rich coming from you.

Minhyuk: You! I will show you what happens when you snitch on me! Guys! Let's go!

Minhyuk and his gang launched at me and tried to hit me. They were all holding bats, knives and other kinds of weapons in their hands. My body was telling me to run away but in my mind, I was telling myself that I had to stand my ground and fight them, if not then they would continue to bother me. I had to stop them one way or another. Luckily I had been training ever since the last time that they had bothered me.
I threw my bag to the side and prepared myself for them to come close enough to be able to hit them back. Minhyuk was the first one who came close to me and swung his bat at me first. Before he was able to swing the bat at me, I took an uppercut at him and hit him right under his chin, making him fly backwards. All of his gang members stopped and looked at him surprised as they didn't really know what to do. They haven't really seen or expected me to attack them back like this.

Jahoon: I didn't think that you were this weak. Is this really all you got? Now I understand why you always let your people do the dirty work because you can't even do it yourself.

Minhyuk sneered and jumped back up on his feet as he tried to attack me once again. It was just what I needed. The more angry he was the more senseless he would be and it would allow me to easily get back on him and may even stop his bullying once and for all. Minhyuk tried to hit me continuously but he wasn't really able to hit me while I was. Suddenly it seemed the souls returned back to the members of his gang because they suddenly decided to attack me as well. I had to be even more up on my feet to avoid them as best as possible because if not then I would be hurt and it would only end up as all of the other times.

Jahoon: I thought that you were trying to teach me a lesson, not taking me out for a dance.

????: What are you guys doing?!

An unknown passerby noticed us and tried to stop us. I was stupid enough to stop for a second because Minhyuk and a few of his members took the moment to attack me. Bats were hitting me everywhere.

????: What are you guys doing?! Stop right now! I'm calling the police!

Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my stomach as Minhyuk and his gang ran past me as they tried to run away. I looked down to see a knife hanging from my abdomen. My knees were beginning to feel weak and I soon after collapsed to the ground. The man who had been calling out towards us, ran over to me and tried to help me.

????: Hang in there girl! I'm calling an ambulance!

I watched him as he fumbled with his phone trying to call for an ambulance. I took a deep breath and sighed, turning my body to look up at the sky that was still clear as it was unaware of what was happening down on the ground. This was the way that I was going to die wasn't it? I had kind of wished for it to happen a few times but I didn't really know that it would be bittersweet like this. At least I won't be feeling any more pain.....
