"Baby!" I called.

"Yes?" Zayden's voice echoed from the living room. Meanwhile, Maxie barked and ran towards me, sticking his tongue out.

"Not you, silly. I was calling Maxie." natatawang sabi ko kay Zayden. I patted our son's head and gave him a treat.

"Love, anong ulam natin?" tanong ko habang hinahandaan ng pagkain si Maxie.

"What do you want?" Zayden suddenly showed up, yakap niya pa si Goofy. He was watching a cooking show in his living room kanina.

"Buttered chicken? I'm craving, love."

"Really? Ayaw mo ng sinigang?" He asked, umiling naman ako at yumakap sa baywang niya.

"We had sinigang na naman kagabi, alangan namang everyday? Baka maging kangkong na ako nito." I said like a kid.

He chuckled and hugged me back, Goofy was in between us. Maxie barked kaya natawa kami at umupo sa sahig para malaro siya.

Zayden cooked dinner for the both of us. Dito na naman ako nakatambay sa condo niya at buti nalang hindi nagtataka sila mommy kung bakit hindi ako umuuwi sa bahay.

"What can I do to help?" tanong ko habang pinapanood ko siyang nagpri-prito ng manok.

"Kiss." he leaned and pointed his cheek. Natawa ako at humalik bago kinurot ang tagiliran niya.

"I'm serious!" 

He laughed and kissed my nose. "Can you make us something to drink?"

I nodded and quickly made his favorite chocolate shake. Nang matapos ay umupo ako sa sahig malapit sa kanya at doon nilaro si Maxie habang pinapanood siyang magluto.

"You should open a restaurant." I blurted out.

"You think so?" lumingon siya sa'kin. "Why are you on the floor?"

"What? I'm playing with Maxie." I laughed lightly.

"I'm almost done here, upo ka na sa stool. Maxie, pabuhat ka nalang kay mommy." He told us.

"Mabigat na siya eh!" reklamo ko. Maxie barked, parang nagrereklamo kaya tinawanan ako ni Zayden.

"Sorry, baby. Mommy's just being honest." I said in a small voice while caressing his head.

"Food is ready." nakangiting sabi ni Zayden at hinain ang niluto niya sa lamesa.

I stood up and prepared the chocolate shake I made and served it too.

I took my first bite off of my chicken and closed my eyes when the flavors crashed with my taste buds.

"So good!" I groaned. "Love, I'm serious. You should really open your own restaurant."

"I'm actually considering it now. And I plan to name it after you." 

"Aww, really?!"

"Yup. What do you think about Dawn's? I think that sounds nice." He wiggled his brows.

"Wow! You own a restaurant and I own a café! Goals!" I said excitedly.

"Okay then. We'll build your dream café first, and build my restaurant kapag stable na ang café. How does that sound?"

"Yes! Then we'll get married na after that?" I asked.

"I can marry you now." he joked.

"I want a grand wedding, love. Can you afford it?" asar ko.
