"I named Levi after you..."

Zayden looked at me with gentle eyes as he listened. Ngumiti ako at mas sumandal sa dibdib niya habang nakahiga kami pareho sa sofa sa salas ng condo ko. Kahapon pa na-discharge si Levi sa hospital at ngayon ay natutulog siya sa kwarto, napagod yata sa kakalaro maghapon.

"Zayden Ace... Acel Levi." I giggled. "I never pictured any other father for Levi but you."

"I'm glad you did. And princes... I really love Levi. Even when I knew he wasn't mine, I still loved him like my own. Because he deserved that kind of love. But knowing that he's really my real son... it makes me so happy." he muttered while caressing my hair.

"Thank you for accepting Levi and for giving me the family I've always dreamed of, Zayden."

He kissed the top of my head before nodding. "And thank you for giving us another chance. Thank you for fighting for our marriage."

"I love you, okay? And I've always wished to have a family with you, you know that." I slowly caressed his cheek.

He smiled cheekily. "Sundan na natin si Levi?"

My eyes widened and I smacked his arm. Tumawa siya at humalik sa pisngi ko. "Hey, I'm serious!"

I pouted. "I want a girl..."

He chuckled and hugged my waist. "Maybe let's wait 'till Levi grows up a bit more. I just... gusto ko munang bumawi sa ilang taon na wala ako sa tabi niya. If we have a new baby, we will be busy, and we'll have to split our time. I want to focus on Levi first."

I smiled and nodded at him. I loved that idea. He's considering Levi's feelings. He always does. I really love that about him.

"Let's say, kapag four or five years old na siya? Para ready na siyang maging kuya." I suggested.

"That sounds good to me, princess."

"Should we tell Levi that you're his real daddy?" I asked. Levi still doesn't know... he still probably thinks that Zayden is just a random nice guy that showed up to be his daddy.

"Not now, love. He's still young, I don't want him to be confused. But we'll explain it to him soon, maybe once he starts asking.

"That's okay with you?" gulat kong tanong. I just thought that he wanted Levi to know that he's his real father.

"I know Levi loves me no matter what, so it's fine. Let's focus on making up for the wasted years first."

I nodded and hugged my waist. Pipikit na sana ako para umidlip saglit pero napamulat nang makarinig ng matinis na tili mula sa kwarto.

"Daddy?! Daddy ko!" Levi suddenly screamed in our room before he started crying.

Nagkatinginan kami ni Zayden. I pouted and sighed. "I think this is what they call terrible twos."

Natawa siya sa sinabi ko bago ako inalalayan patayo para puntahan ang umiiyak na anak.

"Yes, anak? Are you okay?" kaagad akong pumasok sa kwarto at tumabi kay Levi para patahanin siya.

Meanwhile, Zayden just leaned against the door frame to stare at us with a soft smile.

"Daddy ko..." Levi sobbed. Napasimangot ako at tumingin kay Zayden na ngumisi sa'kin bago pumunta sa kabilang gilid ng anak.
