I tried. I tried to be that person you expected from me. I gave you all I had and everything I didn't have, but somehow you were never happy. Even in your departure I still tried to rekindle our marriage. But you never gave me a chance to prove to you that things could get better. That if you gave us another shot, I would show you a deeper connection. I would show you how beautiful it could have been, but there was no chance. You wouldn't even try for the sake of us. I begged you not to give up on me. Please don't give up on us. But nothing came from your end, and you don't know how bad that hurts. To know that you'd rather take your chances on complete strangers than to stay with me another second.
