"𝐃ear Diary, It's been 3 Weeks since i moved here and I don't know if i like it or not
i mean i've been to 3 house's the past weeks i don't know how to feel about it.. but
you know not everyone stays in the same house the rest of their lives".

"DAYA HURRY UP WE ARE GONNA BE LATE!!!" daya hears as she closes her diary and puts it in her backpack
"COMING MOM!" she yells back , she hurries back and takes her charger and rushes threw the door and into the
car next to her brother who had his headphones on full blast that even their mom could hear it.

"Daya tap ur brother" instead of tapping him she smacks the back of his head
"wha- what the fuck daya what was that for" ronnie says "mom wanted me to tap you" she said smiling
"yeah, tap not a whole smack" putting his headphones down around his neck "ok calm down back there"
taissa says looking through the view mirror "now daya do you have cheerleading try outs today?".

"no i dropped out like 2 weeks ago mom, remember what happened?" she says looking through instagram
"ok uhh ronnie do you have any hockey games tonight?" she said looking back as soon as she hits a red light
"no tomorrow we do we are going against the eagles apparently" ronnie says looking at his mom and sister.

"so you guys are gonna have the house all to yourself's tonight me and you're dad are gonna go out" their mom says
the used to be red light now has turned green , daya opens the window to the cold yet warm fresh air hitting her face
watching as cars pass then the smell of street food sellers around the sidewalks , people walking their dogs
people going shopping , kids playing outside etc , daya puts her headphones on and plays "I should hate you" By Gracie Abrams.

the air hitting her air as her mom drives , the warm yet comforting air has now turned into a cold fresh air that soon ends as her
mom arrives to the school.

"listen i don't wanna get another call from principal saying you were doing drugs or vaping or bringing girls to the bathroom in the bathroom" she says
pointing fingers to ronnie "and you skipping class to hang out with friends" she now pointing fingers to daya "yes mom" they both said as they opened the car doors "and listen" their mom said as they turned to face her "behave" she said raising an eyebrown at both of them.

"yes mom" they both said turning back and going their seperate ways ronnie going to his so called "homies" and daya to her friends who were talking about going to the carnival down where maya lives.

"hey guys" daya says taking one earbud out to listen to her friends "hey shorty, we are just talking about going to the carnival from where i live" maya says walking over to daya and putting her arm around daya "wanna come? we are going after school" maya says looking at everyone then daya "uhh i have to ask my mom i don't know" daya says putting her hands in her pockets.

"well we know that you probably don't wanna come cause of you know what happened with-" "yeah i know im gonna be fine" daya cuts off maya and pulls out her phone dialing her moms number and starts walking away from the group , after a couple of ringing she answers.

"hey is everything ok?" taissa says worried

"yeah mom im ok just...uh. just wanted to call you
and tell you that if i can hang out with the group to go to this new carnival" daya says rubbing the back of her neck

"oh god D you got me worried.. uh yeah sure you can hang out with you're friends
just make sure to call me when you get there." putting her hand on her forehead then back on the steering wheel.

"yeah ofc mom, bye i love you" daya says

"i love you to D, be careful out there" Taissa says

"yeah mom bye!"

"bye D"

and with that daya hung up and walked over to her friends "my mom said yes that i can go" daya says once again putting her hands in her pocket, maya again puts her arm around daya excited that her best friend is going to go out with them especially after everything she's been through.

after 7 minutes of talking about the plans after shool the bell rings and the 'red 6' walks their seperate ways to classes some of them have classes together, like daya and roy they had science which was the class they hated which is how they met in the first place but mostly it was from their friends "ugh why Mr.South give us so much homework" Roy says taking a whole binder out with everything their teacher gave them which makes daya's eyes wide open as she sees the multiple stacked science papers coming out of roy's binder.

"ok last time i checked Mr.south did not give us that many papers" she says laughing and turning her head to roy "your telling me i did all this for nothing?" he says with wide eyes staring at daya from the words that came out of her mouth "yeah he only gave us one" daya says pulling the one sheet of paper from her folder and giving it to roy.

"why didn't you tell me on friday??" he says laughing at the embarrassment which daya also does yet blushing at the same time "you're stupid Roy Roxanne Perez" she says will laughing to which roy eyes widen and looks around hoping no one just heard her say his full name "you did not just say my full name you're lucky you don't have a middle name" roy says upset that he doesn't get to call her by her full name.

"i know i am lucky" daya says flipping her hair and smiling at roy to which he rolls his eyes in a playfull way and goes back to talking about whatever which non of them were even paying attention, they were each unknowing to each other paying attenion to each other faciel features and staring into each others eyes without each of them knowing that whole got interrupted by the teacher coming in.

class ends after 17 minutes of literally nothing just zoned out and saying random answers to get the teacher to just leave her alone or to just shut him up atleast, she wanted to just walk out at some point but then remember that roy is in the class and that she got to be in the same class as him especially next to him.

soon after it's lunch time and the red 6's are in their table laughing, throwing food, gossiping as always about their classmates, making fun of each other especially of ethan and faye sense they went on a date the day before and ofc the group is gonna make fun of it.
