Stiles barely spoke throughout the drive, through the bus ride. He tried to mention the Darach at one point, then another but both times  Scott seemed to shut it down. Both times it was ended with the fact that the werewolf was still injured. Stiles let his legs bounce continuously and his hands shake, and within his bag, the last thing Derek gave him. Scott of course didn't have to know about that- although it was at the least unloaded, the bullets packed separately.

The teen leaned his head back and closed his eyes, he tried to think about anything that wasn't Derek but still, always his attention shifted back to hazel green eyes that were so vulnerable yet at the same time so distant they didn't feel real. Eyes that could display every different type of emotion that the man felt with out a flicker of doubt. Eyes that someone needed to take their time to understand, to really see. But instead they were cut off from stiles and the teen always ended up uncomfortable in his own skin, panic just beneath and itching to be released. Panic he wouldn't let go of and allow to riddle him with things he didn't need.

As for Scott, once stiles figured out he wasn't healing. He eventually got the bus to stop at a rest point; at this rest point he had left Allison to patch up his best friend and went in search of Isaac, once he found the teen, he told Isaac about what was happening; "okay look Scott's not healing and Allison's trying to figure out how to help. We need a distraction if coach ends up giving us the all clear to head back on bus."

"What do you mean? Like Scott's dying kind of hurt and not healing?" Issac had questioned worriedly. He pressed forward and let his attention drift to the alpha leaning against a tree with Danny.

"Yeah, what kind of- Issac? Issac!" Stiles attempted to yell when the blonde werewolf passed him and went straight for Ethan. The alpha took the beating and the beta didn't stop until Scott yelled his name. After that Scott was just about fine. What was worse was when they all arrived at the motel they'd have to stay at due to it getting too late for them to keep driving through the night. Stiles and Scott didn't speak until they reached their room and prepared for bed, although that was more due to the human and not Scott. Stiles somewhat blocked out the people around him to just try to slide through his day without being reminded of Derek. He ended up climbing into the shower and pulling his knees to his chest to let the water run over his body. By the time the human got out and was dressed, the real trouble began and he quickly had to discard his own problems and feelings to save some dumbass werewolves.

Derek coughed and lunged up at the feeling of his chest being crushed beneath him.  He coughed again and this time was met with blood splatter over his lips as he practically hung upside down on the escalator nearly three stories below the area he fell from. His shaking arm, just about lost of all energy dragged itself enough over to his abdomen where his stomach was slashed open. Along with his upper right chest, more accurately, shoulder which was similarly cut open and bleeding, just like his stomach.

Derek attempted to move, to sit up and correct his position, instead his hand slips beneath him and he drops back down, onto his back, he slides a few more steps with an outburst yell of pain and extended his claws on pure adrenaline that quickly carved into the metal wall and caught himself at an odd angle. One that sort of pulled at his right shoulder, in ways it shouldn't as he used his clawed hand and arm to sit up. Using only the one seeing as his shoulder muscles being torn up didn't allow his left arm to work. The alpha leaned up and settled onto his knees where he dropped forward and caught himself for a quick and strong breathing break he felt he desperately needed and was well deserved.
