Adrien knew the straight answer, but wanted to hear it from Marinette. "Did-did you really mean what you said earlier? About you liking me?" Marinette shook her head yes as she closed her eyes in embarrassment. Adrien smiled. "I'm done loving Ladybug because someone else stole my heart."

Marinette gave a confused look. "Wait, you liked Ladybug and now you like me?"

Adrien blushed. "Yup"

Marinette started laughing. "You haha liked...haha Ladybug. Pfft-"

Adrien frowns. "Why are you laughing?"

Marinette goes pale. "Well...um...because Ladybug is super popular and I don't think a lot of citizens talk to her." 'Nice save' Marinette thought.

Adrien lifts an eyebrow. "Why do I get the feeling that you are lying to me?"

Marinette slowly lifts her eyes to meet his. "Be-because I'm Ladybug. I laughed because that would mean that you-you fell for me twice."

Adrien's mouth drops. "Y-your." He whispers. "Your Ladybug?"

Marinette smiles. "Yes, and if it weren't for you, I would have fallen in love with Chat Noir instantly. He is kind, trustworthy, sweet, etc. I'm sorry, I like you though.

Adrien blushes. "And what if I said I was Chat Noir?"

Marinette grins. "If you were, I would kiss you." Marinette grabs Adrien's neck and pulls him into a kiss. Adrien immediately relaxes and returns her gesture. They both let go after a minute or two and walk back to their sleeping bags. They stare at each other again and Adrien takes his hand and puts some of Marinette's hair behind her ear. Marinette blushes and asks. "Are you really Chat Noir?"

Adrien bites his lip and responds. "Y-yes."

Marinette giggles. "How ironic." Adrien smiles. He had never thought she could be so adorable. Adrien holds Marinette as they fall into a deep sleep entangled together, knowing that the next days ahead of them will be filled with happiness (or a hamster and three kids, you never know).
