Y/n's Point of View:

As the people started funneling into the studio Aaron and I's conversation slowly dispersed.

I continued to warm up while talking to Robyn, who has quickly become one of my favorites in the cast.

"Okay everyone," Our choreographer, Sonya started, getting everybody's attention

"We're back! with our lovely Y/n, who will be playing Satine in about a month. So, we have to learn this choreography quickly and clean it before showtime!" She said turning attention to my direction, I smiled before nodding at her as a thank you for the introduction

"So let's get started," She said 

"Okay circle up," She said as all of us crowded into a circle

"Let's start with a bonding game" She exclaimed while everyone laughed over the childish game

"We're going to go around the circle, you your name, how long you've done any sort of theater, and how many shows you've been in" 

People said all their things before it got to me, who was squished between Robyn and Tam

"I'm Y/n, I've done five years of theater and previously 29 years of ballet. I've been in one Broadway production on tour" I said smiling

"29 years? What happened?" Sonya asked

"I broke my ankle while in pointe and I was suggested not to do any more ballet. So about five years ago that happened and I went to musical theater" I said sheepishly.

"Well that's a shame," Sonya said sadly

"Okay, are we ready for some rehearsal?!" She exclaimed jumping up

"Okay let us start with some of the easy choreography, I only need Y/n and Aaron," Sonya said, getting her phone to play the track

"Your song, these are our starting positions, Y/n you say-"

We finished blocking before we got to the end of the song,

"You go 'how wonderful life is while you're in the-' then you passionately makeout!" Sonya exclaimed pushing a prop chair away from her 

"So hold hands like this-" Sonya said putting mine and Aarons's hands together

"-spin, Aarons facing the audience, Y/n you aren't. during how wonderful life is. Then get closer and by 'in' Aaron grabs your upper arm, about here-" She said pointing to where his hand should go "-then Y/n take your hand put it on his face, Aaron you know what to do. And kiss" Sonya said explaining each motion

"Okay do all of that from 'how wonderful life is,'" Sonya said stepping back

She sang slowly for us as we went through the choreography,

I grabbed Aarons's hand as we turned slowly, I stepped closer, and soon enough our bodies were almost touching,

Aaron grabbed my upper arm, and as I put my hand on his face, he slowly put his hand on the back of my head as he leaned in

"Guys kiss at the same time," Sonya said clapping between each word

"Y/n you have to lean in" She exclaimed

"Hold pose-" She said as we got back in pose

She pushed my head forward

"And kiss!" She said making kissing noises

"I can't," I said backing up

"Y/n, we asked you at auditions if you were okay with it and you said yes" Sonya sighed
