-See, it is not that bad, nobody will notice you-Ivy told Hazel and Dizzy- If you want they will-she whispered to Dizzy who giggled in answer.

-It is nice, I suppose-Dizzy smiled-I didn't really enjoy the ceremony last year. I found out that Mark liked Lilly on that day.

-Translate a bit-Ivy said-Who are those people?

-They are both from the 10C class. Mark is the blonde boy and Lilly has bangs, you can recognize them easily.

-Do they still like each other?

-Dizzy is trying to find that out for months-Hazel teased-She has been obsessed with Mark forever.

-It might be personal Ivy, but do you have someone? I want to listen to someone with experience. Hazel has...none of that-she glared at her friend.

-No-Ivy denied-I have never had a boyfriend and...I did like someone in my previous school, but he is dating another girl now, so...

-Oh, sorry to remind you-Dizzy apologized.

-Don't worry, it's fine. I am not going to get sad over one guy. I was upset, but what can I do? Sometimes you just have to deal with something. But Hazel, have you never liked anyone? Even a little bit?

-No-Hazel sipped some Sprite-obviously not! I cannot like anyone. It is unfamiliar to me. I find it strange.

Ivy chuckled and looked at other people. They were all so different and unlike and yet had something quite similar. They all looked extremely self-confident. Maybe the reason for that was the wealth coming from their families, or maybe the knowledge they had.

Ivy's parents were financially stable, but not that rich to afford their daughter's study in Whiteford School.

The girl was stuck in her thoughts when she suddenly saw a guy, who had messy brunette hair. He had a tall figure and was leaning against the wall of the building. He looked rather handsome, but then Ivy saw Kathryn approaching that boy and his friend group, smiling and flirting with that guy. Kathryn was an abnormal person for sure. She had a boyfriend, for goodness' sake. "Whatever," Ivy thought and returned to Hazel and Dizzy.

The rest of the day went fantastically. All the lessons they had after the ceremony were easy since it was the first day of school. Most of the teachers just introduced themselves to the class and spoke about some general facts. They didn't have lunchtime today, so Ivy couldn't really see the cafeteria, but after the lessons she decided to go and observe the library.

-Where are ya going?-Ella appeared out of nowhere.

-I want to see the library. I don't know which one though. There are many as I heard.

-You should visit the largest one. I'll come with you-she smiled energetically-it is a separate building, we should go to the garden first to go there... Okay, now, tell me more about yourself. What do you like and stuff?

-Well-Ivy actually loved her enthusiasm, she didn't really find it annoying-I love books and movies and sports. I adore Formula 1 and football. I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy baking... I want to become a writer in the future and work in a social organization or someplace like that. What about you?

-I like when people call me Elle, instead of Ella. But sometimes it is the polar opposite. I love designing clothing. My older sister is studying abroad, in London, in a fashion school, and my biggest dream is to go there too. I paint as well and also I have been going to dance lessons since I was 10. I quit this year, I have to focus on my studies more. I have a birthday on the 24th of July, which means I am a Leo and I have an obsession with animals. My favorite movie is "While you were sleeping" and once, my dad met Sandra Bullock and then introduced her to me-her eyes sparkled when she said that.

-Sandra Bullock? I love her!

-Who doesn't?! Augh she was incredibly kind. We are here-they walked into an enormous library.

Ivy's jaw dropped. It was a huge, two-floored building with tons of cupboards full of books. She saw a small cafe as well, where students were buying coffee to enjoy the reading process. There were computer zones as well.

-Hello, Mrs. Collins-Elle greeted the woman at the cafe stand- this is Ivy Jenkins, our new student.

-Nice to meet you-Ivy smiled.

-You too, dear- the woman had a warm glare-Would you like some drinks?

-I'll have a strawberry milkshake, thanks-Elle said-You, Ivy? It is free, by the way-she added.

-I will have a chocolate milkshake, thank you very much. It is all free?-she whispered to Elle-How cool is that?!

-I know right? Thanks, Mrs. Collins.

-Thank you so much-Ivy sipped her drink and shouted whispered-This is marvelous.

Elle laughed and nodded.

-So, which section do you want to visit?-Ella asked.

-I have no clue. Detectives? Do they have those? Or fantasy maybe?

-There is a huge section of detectives right here-she pointed at a giant wall of cupboards full of detective books.

-Is this...No way!-Ivy exclaimed-"Death in the Clouds" by Agatha Christie. It was nowhere to be found. I literally couldn't find a copy of it. This is amazing.

-Have you read a new romance book called " Happy Place"?

-I am not a fan of modern romance novels, but I might read it. Did you enjoy it?

-Absolutely-Ella's eyes sparkled and glittered again-Oh, but they don't have a copy of it right now. Everyone took them immediately.

Ivy nodded while listing through the book.

-Why is your name Ivy, by the way?-Ella asked out of nowhere-It is a pretty name, but quite unique.

-Well-Ivy felt confused but told her anyways-my dad wanted to name me Iris, but my mom wanted Violet. And then they decided to collide those names and had something like Ivrolette. But of course, it sounded terrible, so they decided to name me because of my grandma, who was a biologist, obsessed with Ivy, trying experiments on it. So, instead of Ivrolette, they named me Ivy. I am glad, though, Ivrolette would be a horrible name.

- Imagine being at a lesson and someone saying "Hey, Ivrolette, go and solve this" it would sound so bad-Ella agreed.
