I was gripping something warm. I opened my eyes and stared at the object that I was holding. It was burning yet I didn't feel any pain. I had caught the fire dagger. I had somehow caught the handle without getting cut. I glanced at Jason and realised that he was staring at me. His eyes were wide and his mouth was open showing perfect white teeth. 'But... but...' he stuttered. 'But you thought that she was a spirit user?' asked Amy grinning. Will, Holly, Ellie and Dimana weren't fighting Jason's friends anymore. Jason's friends were lying in a pile at the corner of the room. 'She's not?' asked Jason. 'She's a quattuor persona' said Amy. Everybody in the room heard. It was very quiet as everybody stared at me. I just stared at the floor not knowing where to look. 'What is going on here!?!' shouted an angry Mrs Archer. She glanced at Jasons friends lying on the floor, at Amy standing over Jason still grinning and finally at me. She stared at the fire dagger in my hand and tightened her lips. 'You and you' she said pointing at Amy and me. 'Washing up for one month' 'But Mrs Archer' started Holly. 'No buts' said the teacher as she left the classroom angrily. I had only been one day in this place and I had already got detention. I suddenly felt the fire dagger disappear as everybody began to mutter. Most people stared angrily at me, some looked scared but there were one or two who looking at me with interest. I fidgeted nervously because I never like being the centre of attention. Jason stood and glared at me. 'Freak' he spat before he left. Slowly everybody started to leave the classroom. 'You ok?' asked Ellie. I nodded. I was thinking of the reaction of the people who found out that I was a quattuor persona. Most of them were hostile. Was everybody going to hate me just because I could control four elements? Actually, I couldn't even control them so I wasn't dangerous.

'Kitchen washing up' grumbled Amy. 'It's a waste of time. I could be training but instead I have to wash up the dirty plates of stupid people.' We had just had to wash up all the dirty plates from the supper. There were a few plates that were very dirty and somebody had written 'FREAK!' on the plate. I suspect the Jason had done that. After the classroom incident, my day had gone from bad to horrible. Somehow everybody knew who I was and what I was. They whispered in the corridors, they stared at me. The lessons were interesting but one of the teachers ignored me throughout his lesson and before he left he hissed at me to never come back to his class. 'Amy, do you know how to sneak out of here?' I asked. 'Why?' asked Amy sharply. 'I need to talk to my dad about a few things' I said after a moment. 'Oh, ok. I'll show but first I have to grab a few things' said Amy. She started walking so fast that I had to jog to keep up. We had arrived at Amy's room. Amy started to grab things and stuff them into a small black backpack. 'Energy pack, spell breaker, tokens, opener...' she muttered as she retrieved weirdly shaped objects in her room. It was very messy. I couldn't understand how she found her things in it. 'Pass me that bottle' said Amy. I picked up a metal bottle and handed it to Amy. 'Why do we need all these things?' I asked. 'Just in case' answered Amy. 'Let's go' she said pushing me out of the room. I followed her through corridors which all looked the same. Amy was as quiet as a mouse. I wasn't noisy but I wasn't as quiet as Amy. She stopped suddenly making me walk into her. 'Why have we stopped?' I asked. This corridor was different that the other corridors. The walls and the floors were made of a dark polished wood and the walls were decorated with paintings. None of the lamps were on so it was very dark. 'The back entrance is here' whispered Amy. 'Which door?' I asked peering at the wide doors along the corridor. 'Here' said Amy pointing to the wall in front of us. There was no door.
'I see no door' I whispered. I touched the wall and felt solid wood. 'It's a secret entrance' explained Amy. She pulled a long thin needle out of her backpack and thrust it into the wall. 'That was violent. The poor wall.' I was wondering what good that did when suddenly part of the wall disappeared. A strong wind blew into the corridor. I peered outside and gasped. I could see London. I could see tiny houses and cars the size of toys. 'Do what I do' shouted Amy. I could hardly hear her. Suddenly she calmly jumped off the floor and out into the air.
