There isn't much in this level but it makes him feel unnerved. And watched... He explores a bit more but only can see windows and nothing else. It feels so liminal. He can't do anything here but feel like being watched. While exploring one of the hallways in the building he sees a weird figure in the corner of his vision. Giving him a sense of paranoia. He feels like he's being watched everywhere he goes after he saw that thing... He explored for hours and hours and saw nothing except the weird figure... He decides to go into the window with a balloon and then...
