||5.WHY ME?||

[The next morning]

Y/N POV

I never wanted to think about 'HIM' but he won't stop buzzing my mind....I tried to calm myself down....going to the balcony I sat on one of the chairs placing one leg on the other on the small table kept there....The sky and the weather were equally beautiful today....I  sensed the calmness outside....how lightly the wind brushed down my face as if it was trying to tease me.... my eyes were slowly closing in want of more peace and the loving silence...none of the bad thoughts ran through my head....maybe I was even successful in forgetting 'HIM' for a while...

My slumber was disturbed when I heard  shouts and screams of MRS LEE...was she crying? I wished none of the bad things would happen today....I slowly approached her downstairs and went to her room just to find JONG SUK talking to someone on the phone...maybe a doctor? I have never heard him this tense before....I looked out for MRS LEE .....she was on the bed holding her husband's hand tightly and shouting in fear....the fear of losing her husband....the fear of becoming a window at a young age....MR LEE had all his saliva running down his mouth....He had a stroke....his body didn't respond to anything....He wanted to speak but couldn't....It all felt like a bad dream to me...The dream I wanted to wake up from as soon as possible....I wanted to wake up and see him all fine...Him giggling at my lame jokes....but it wasn't a dream maybe....maybe something already was going to happen which was about to ruin a happy family....Doctor came within few minutes after he was called....we all stood outside patiently....I  was going to pay MRS LEE's back to calm down her broken state but she yanked my hands away...her blood shot eyes filled with tears looked up at me ....I knew she started to hate me...though I didn't know whether I was to be blamed about this or not...I could see the pure hate for me she was building within herself....

JONG SUK : * after noticing the doctor coming towards them *How is he doctor??

DOCTOR : I don't want to give you false hope but he had a Hemorrhagic stroke(With this type of stroke, a blood vessel in the brain ruptures or leaks. Hemorrhagic strokes can be caused by high blood pressure) ....if he's not taken to hospital immediately he might have a brain damage or.....*sighs*

MRS LEE : OR WHAT?!!!!!

DOCTOR : or we might lose him *Sighs*.....

JONG SUK in no time called out the ambulance which was standing outside the mansion ....he already called them for any emergency....he didn't want to waste any time....he knew one wrong step and he could lose his Father, he couldn't afford to lose him at any cost....he adored him too much to lose him ....

MR LEE was taken to one of the nearest hospital so that no time is lost much...The nurses and doctors dragged the stretcher where MR LEE laid down almost lifeless...he didn't try to co-operate anymore....he knew what was coming up for him....he accepted the fact of his early trip to heaven...
Everyone knew he was no more....but still the doctors tried their best even in their last tries....but .... couldn't save him ...

I saw MRS LEE continuously tapping her foot on the floor....her nails were being bitten by her own teeth roughly until blood started oozing out of it....she was frustrated....her face showed too many emotions at once , frustration, anger ,hatred , and the fear of losing her only love.....
The doctor came out opening his gloves and masks...looking at me and Jong Suk he nodded his head slowly from left to right and then hung his head low while walking towards us and patting our back....

MRS LEE understood her husband was no more.....she was quiet....she had no reactions.....but her red puffy eyes still continued to pour out all the tears she could have had....JONG SUK left no time to dash into the room where his father laid .....DEAD....he wanted to be strong in front of me but no one could stand still knowing his/her father is dead in front of them....JONG SUK knelt down near the bed where his dad was lying...taking his father's cold hands in his arms he kissed it multiple time....the tears found their way to his dead father's hand....
