Jacks
The cruel fate was roaming around his room trying to get her out of his mind, he couldn't stop thinking about how he had pushed her away and acted so cold toward her, but he was scared, scared of feeling.
He was a fate, he wasn't suppose to have real feelings about someone but in that moment when he had seen Evangaline lying on the floor dead, he had cried, screamed he had felt human.
For a single moment he had loved her and he could feel it, he wasn't supposed to because it could never work out, Dontella was supposed to be his one true love and that devastated Jacks because no matter how hard he had tried everything that belonged to him was stolen.
Both his "one true love" and the first person whom he had loved, Evangeline Fox.
Evangeline
Evangaline felt confused, she didn't have many memories and she did not know what was happening, a man named Apollo had told her that his her husband and apparently the king of these lands as she was the queen.
Still she felt as if something had been ripped out of her, as if there was a hole in her heart that missed a piece. She wanted to go home and see her family but something inside her told her that she couldn't.
As Evangeline kept walking on the long corridors of the palace a maid escorted her to her "room".
She was tired and she didn't know what to do other then rest in the soft textile of the bed hugging a pillow just like a kid while staring outside of the window, staring at the bright stars and the moon as a weak smile appeared on her face.

"Are you feeling better?" Apollo asked Evangeline at the dining table as she responded with a faint smile.
"I'm feeling a bit better." She responses stuffing the food in her mouth as Apollo kept staring at her.
Everything was so new to her, she had a husband she did not even know and it was really awkward at first but she had started to feel more comfortable with him as time passed by.
"We'll be throwing a ball." Said Apollo as he caught her interest.
"A ball?" She asks like a kid being told they're going to the candy shop.
"Yeah I though it'd be a good idea to throw one in celebration of us finally being reunited together as I was labeled as dead for quite some time." He says putting some food on her plate seeing on how she had barely touched her plate.
"Oh." Was Evangeline's only response as she nodded taking some food from her plate.
It was a long day but Evangeline was still excited about the ball, she had never been to one or at least remembered it.
When the day finally came she decided to wear a beautiful light pink gown together with a crown with pink diamonds gifted by Apollo.
As the maids helped her clean up and wear her clothes they started braiding her hair around the crown with pink diamonds while the other one applied her makeup, pink rosy lips and a no make up look foundation together with a blush and a bit mascara.
Evangeline entered inside the room looking like a beautifully made doll as Apollo escorted her while they made their way to the throne as everyone bowed to the arrival of the king and queen.
But as she made her way to the crowd she recognized a face, or at least thought so.
It felt as if she had met her before but she could not exactly remember.
Apollo put his hand on Evangeline's shoulder telling her to keep her focus and go up to the throne as planned, elegantly.
Evangeline sat in the throne next to Apollo and once the music started playing he went on one knee kissing her gloved hand softly.
"Might I have the first dance, my lady?"
"It's my pleasure." She replied taking his hand dancing under the light of the chandeliers.
As the dance finished Evangeline went to talk with the other lady's at the ball when suddenly the girl she had kind of recognized came up to her.
"Evangeline, congrats on getting back together." She said giving her a glass of wine as Evangeline looked confused.
"It's been so long." The young lady said.
"I'm sorry to say this but. Who are you?" But the moment Evangeline says these words the young lady looks a bit confused.
"It's me Lala, I know you're mad at me but I still want to-"
"Is she bothering you?" Apollo says appearing out of nowhere interrupting her.
"No, of course not we were just talking." She responds giving Apollo a smile as he nodded putting a hand reassuringly on her shoulder.
Lala looked confused she didn't know what to do or how to respond, Evangeline was the first friend she had ever had and now it seemed as if she'd lost her, she knew something wasn't right and she had to fix it.
"I'm sorry, I must have mistook you for someone else." Lala excused herself as she made her way through the crowd.
If felt wrong, everything that just happened felt wrong to Evangeline.
She had a feeling that a part of her, a really important piece of her memory was missing, everything felt wrong to her as she excused herself to her room duo to "not feeling well" as she went to her bedroom laying on the soft texture of the bedsheets.
Was she someone I know?, she thought stuffing her head on the pillow, she knew she had to remeber but she couldn't, she could not remember and it terrified her, was her husband even her husband? She couldn't know and the thought alone made her slightly scared.
As she kept thinking and trying to remember her eye caught a silhouette on the balcony of her bedroom.
Slowly she went out of bed trying to see who the person was reaching out to the curtain pulling it away.
Suddenly her heart beat fastened, something told her that she knew him, her senses told her.
Even if she could not remember it felt as if she did, his blonde hair shining like gold under the chandelier of the room while his eyes, his eyes were a beautiful color of blue, so mesmerizing Evangeline could not stop staring at them.
"Remember me, little fox?"
