Unplanned Love

Chapter 2

I come from a long family line of sorcerers, the Florence family, known for their magic abilities. My ancestors studied magic abilities throughout their lives until they found a spell of some kind and cast it to make each newborn have the ability to cast magic. One of them was my mother, Flora Florence, who had blonde hair, dark green eyes and the color of her magic was scarlet red.

The whole family had the same magic traits like telekinesis, energy blasts, barrier creation, healing, and flying, but each family member's magic abilities differed in strength, practice, and the ability to control their magic. 

My father, on the other hand, was Michael Walker, a military captain who led large armies to battle. He was known for never losing a battle in his life. He had brown eyes, black hair and was the bravest man I have ever known. My brother had mom's eyes and dad's hair; I never talked about him. They say speaking about what happened that day might give me some sort of satisfaction, but it doesn't. 

I live two lives: the real one, where I have superpowers, train every day to learn how to control my magic and  face the reality that I have no parents or a brother. After what happened that day, Thomas smith found me who's the son of my dad's commander, who had died along with his wife a couple of days before what happened.

He took and raised me like I was his daughter; we only had each other. As I grew older, I noticed that I was really famous because of both mom and dad, but mostly because of mom.

Kara Walker has short natural blonde hair, brown eyes and the daughter of Flora Florence, a famous sorcerer who was known for her kindness, bravery and saved millions of people. The people called her "scarlet" because of her magic color; on the other hand they call me "Violet"

The other life I live is the life of a normal girl. Tom wanted me to live a normal life away from the spotlight, so he found a family who could adopt me, the Davis's.

Julia and Henry Davis who knew my Mom, julia went to school with my mom so, when Tom asked her to adopt me she didn't hesitate and said yes right away.

They have a daughter, Lena she's older than me. At first, we didn't get along, but now Lena is one of the closest people to me. I became Kara Davis, who has long chocolate brown hair, fake glasses, and a different style of clothes, so no one can recognize me.

All week I'm at the Davis's. I wake up,  go to Stonewall High School with Lena and my neighbor/best friend Elizabeth, but we call her Elle. We have been best friends since I was adopted. She knows my secret and never told anyone.

On weekends, I'm at Tom's place; he helps me practice my magic. Emma and I help him with work, Emma is Tom's secretary, but she's like family; he can't do anything without her.

Tom is a genius who runs a tech company called "Smith Industries," which develops equipment, electronic devices and anything that has to do with technology, he made me his partner because we built this company together from scratch.

I don't care about school or anything all i care about is my revenge, my purpose in life is to focus on my revenge and nothing else.
