CHAPTER 4 - WHAT IF

After school I went on a drive around the small down I lived in before going home. I knew my dad would be home so once I pull into the driveway I snuck into my room. I start doing my homework when I get a call.
                            -Call started-
Y/n -"Hello?"
Georg -"Hey y/n it's Georg I got your number from Gustav."
Y/n -"Oh ok, what were you guys talking about earlier it really pissed me off that Gustav couldn't even look at me afterwards!"
Georg -"It was nothing important I promise, but I understand why you got mad."
Y/n -"Whatever Georg."
Georg -"Y/n what are you doing right now?"

After that we talked which led to a FaceTime, he helped me with my homework which I was happy about. I even got ready for bed while on the phone. My feelings for Georg were growing and all I could hope was that he felt the same way. I ended up falling asleep while talking to him and I woke up the next morning with him still on the phone. It was so sweet that he didn't hang up but I did since I wanted to go the park. It wasn't early in the day so it was a perfect time especially since the park was just a block away from my house.

I started walking while listening to music it was so peaceful, I tried to do this as often as I could. I got so in the zone I didn't realize someone was in-front of me and I bumping right into them. I fell back and landed on butt. "Fuck I'm sorry!" I said looking up to see who I bumped into. I didn't recognize who it was. "It's ok let me help you up! I'm Alex." The boy said putting his hand out. "I'm y/n." I said with a smile and I grabbed his hand. We made small talk for a while and turns out he went to my school he was just a year older! He had fluffy black hair and the cutest blue eyes. I got his number and we said our goodbyes. I didn't think he was attractive but it was good to have another friend.

I finished my walk to the park and sat on a swing. There was a new park somewhere in town so nobody was here except some drug addicted teens, this was their hangout spot. One of them approached me asking if I wanted to smoke. I turned his offer down but he persisted. "No I don't want to smoke bro" I shouted annoyed as I got up to walk home. He grabbed my arm "Come onnnnn the high is greatttt." the boy said slurring his words. I pulled away so hard I fell back closing my eyes then I heard a punch noise. It was Georg! The boy was on the ground and Georg was standing above him. I stood up quickly "Georg why did you hit him??" I said concerned. "He was messing with you I was passing by and I saw. Are you alright y/n?" Georg said looking worried and grabbing my face. "I'm fine Georg, your hand is bleeding." I responded as I grabbed his hand, after he punched the boy the boy got up and ran to his friends. "It's fine don't worry." he said pulling his hand away. "Georg come with me I'm gonna fix your hand up." I said holding his other hand in mine and leading him to my house.

-GEORG'S POV-

My god she really is gorgeous. Especially when she was so worried. She walked me to her house and I had to sneak through the window again but I didn't mind. "Georg please be careful." she said as cleaned my cuts and wrapped my hand. Her touch was so gentle, I looked up at her and I got butterflies. "You're so beautiful y/n." I whispered while staring at her. I didn't even realize I said it until she looked at me "Georg what?" She asked with a confused look. I started stuttered over my words "I...I..I didn't say anything!" I couldn't admit what I said again I was to shy. I knew she liked me but what if Gustav was lying.

-Y/N'S POV-

    I could've sworn he called me beautiful but I shrugged it off when he denied saying anything, it's made me blush but I don't know anymore. "There Georg, you're all patched up!" I said as I looked up at him, he was already looking at me and all I could do was smile. "Y/n I like you." Georg said while putting his hand on my cheek. I had butterflies and I didn't know what to say. "I like you too." I said staring into his eyes. He pulled me close and kissed me, his lips were so soft the moment felt perfect. I pulled away his hand was still rested on my face. "Can I take you on a date tomorrow night?" He asked moving his hand away from my face. "Of course" I responded looking down so he couldn't see me blush. "I have to go it's getting late, I'll see you tomorrow beautiful." he said as he snuck back out my window. I laid down on my bed replaying our little moment. I couldn't believe it just happened. I got ready for bed and went to sleep thinking about our date for tomorrow.
