Our trio was talking up to the village gates when one of the guards suddenly yelled at us to stop
"State your names and business in our village" the second one said
"I am Nyx, this is my brother Vex, and this is our friend Kumi. We are just passing through and are planning to stay the night and leave the next morning." Nyx said confidently.
"Very well, you may enter." The guards said in unison
Once they were through the gate kumi started to speak "So was up with that?" He asked
"Hmm?" Nyx hummed not understanding what he meant.
"The security is stricter in Eithraly than in our own because this is one of the few places that helps people train their abilities, which makes it a target for the enemies of the nation." Vex answered
" Hey why don't you and Kumi go buy some better gear while I go look for a inn for us to stay at" Nyx suggested
"I'm alright with that" Vex answered look over at kumi
"Same" Kumi replied
