Background Info - Chloe was a Faunus worker in the Schnee dust mines but one day a grimm attack killed her parents. Chloe then spent most of her day's trying to get out of atlas when she finally did she made her way to Vale. While on her travels she would sometimes accidently start forest fires and set somethings on fire. Luckily one day she met Yin and Zhou and began to think of them as her older brothers.
