~ Chapter 4 ~

Devour me and fill my heart with courage

Give me wings and camouflage the scar

Rip out my lungs and kill my fever

Bring me back to the alluring grounds of love

"So you're not going to talk to me?" Chris asked as you were packing your stuff after finishing the shooting for today.

"Why should I?" you asked after a few minutes of silence.

"Because we're friends?" he said.

"Wouldn't your sweet and angelic Caroline throw a tantrum?" you asked, giggling. You found this situation pretty absurd after what happened yesterday.

"No—just don't worry about her, okay?" he said. You didn't reply. "Listen. I'm sorry for saying that to you. You know how Caroline is, if she doesn't get all the attention she gets bitchy" he said.

"Just like you" you shot back.

"Yes. And I need your attention" he stated. You looked him in the eyes.

"Is that so?" you went closer to him and held his hands in yours as you looked up at him with a grin. "Say it again"

"I need your attention, princess" he repeated and you quickly kissed him.

"Better be like that" you said and walked away.

"You cannot just do that!" he shouted after you, quickly getting his stuff and running after you.

"And why can't I?" you quite enjoyed him being like this, it was fun playing around with him.

"You- you just can't" he said when he caught up to you. You turned your head to face him while walking.

"You can't tell me what to do or not, Harms" you said. He laughed as you got out of the building.

"True" he said and you got in the van. The others were already there so Pi started the car as soon as both of you got in.

After a few minutes of riding, all that could be heard in the car was you and Chris laughing your asses off about something only you two understood.

"I see you two are back to normal" Class said and both you and Chris collected yourself.

"Oh nah, I hate him" you said and winked at Chris, who got the signal and played along.

"Yeah, we hate each other. They are actually awful" he said and you both laughed.

"So good to see you two talk to each other again. It was only a day but it was so weird-" Gared said and started playing with the channels again.

"Can you please stop fooling around with the channels?" Pi asked Gared who looked up at the male and slowly changed the channel again. Blutengel's Dancing In The Light came on. You liked that song very much, so you started vibing to it.

"Don't change it Gary" Harms said when he saw Gared reaching for the Next button.

You kept singing the song like you're some drag queen and the others just laughed their asses off. It was fun.
