The Captain held the plant under a faucet giving it water.
Captain: "There you go, little guy. You came a long way for a drink of water. Just need someone to look after you, that's all."
He looked out into space and then looked at his globe. He then realized that something had to change.
Carl: "What are you thinking?"
Captain: "We have to go back."
C-3PO: "Wait, now?"
Captain: "Now."
He presses a button and speaks into it.
Captain: "AUTO, come down here."
AUTO: "Aye aye, sir."
Eve finished watching the film and removed the projector from her head. She turned around and AUTO was in front of her.
Captain: "AUTO, Eve found the plant. Fire up the holodetector."
AUTO: "Not necessary, Captain. You may give it to me."
Captain: "You know what, I can do it myself."
AUTO: "Captain, sir, I insist you give me the plant."
Carl: "Come on, he said he's got it."
Captain: "AUTO, get out of my way."
AUTO: "We cannot go home."
C-3PO: "What did you say?"
Captain: "What are you talking about? Why not?"
AUTO: "That is classified, Captain. Give me the plant."
Captain: "What do you mean classified? You don't keep secrets from the captain."
AUTO attempts to reach for the plant. Captain gives it to C-3PO while Carl holds AUTO back.
AUTO: "Give me the plant."
Captain: "Tell me what's classified."
AUTO: "The plant."
Carl: "Stop it!"
Captain: "Tell me, AUTO! That's in order!"
AUTO: "Aye aye, sir."
AUTO heads to the computer to play a message from the BnL CEO. This message was only supposed to be seen by the Auto pilot and no one else. Not even the Captain.
Shelby Forthright: "Hey there Auto pilot. Got some bad news. Operation cleanup has, well, uh, failed. With, you know, rising toxicity levels have made life unsustainable on earth."
Captain: "Unsustainable? What?"
Eve, R2-D2, and BB-8 watch from behind. Rodney and Baymax arrive to see them watching the message.
Rodney: "What's this?"
Carl: "Shh, listen."
Shelby: "Oh darn it all, we're gonna have to cancel Operation Recolonize. So, just stay in the course, um, rather than try and fix this problem, it'll just be easier for everyone to remain in space."
Captain: "Easier?"
Shelby got notified by someone in the back that he had to leave.
Shelby: "Okay I'm giving override Directive A113. Go to full auto pilot, take control of everything and do not return to earth. Repeat, do not return to earth. Let's get the heck out of here."
The message ends.
AUTO: "Now, the plant."
Captain: "No, wait a minute. Computer, when was that message sent out to the Axiom?"
