THREE DAYS LATER

"Okay, mom. I promise I'll be home as soon as possible tomorrow." I said.

"Good. Don't go anywhere else but straight home. Also, make sure you treat those boys Geonwoo and Woojin with absolute respect, okay? They've done a lot for us but I don't know how else I could repay them."

"Yeah, I know. They're great friends. I'm very grateful."

"I've got to get back to work. Make sure you eat well."

"Okay."

She hung up and I put my phone down before pulling the hospital blankets over my head. I sighed and turned on my phone again, being stunned by the bright light.

Once I opened my eyes, I saw a panicked message from Geonwoo.

Woo: We're taking your mom back to our place. Some of those bad guys from before came back to her café.

I shot up and looked at my phone in disbelief. I called him and the line rang for a while but he didn't pick up.

Geonwoo! Why aren't you picking up my calls?! What's happening?! Are you guys okay?!: Me

Don't go anywhere! I'm coming!:Me

I gave up on caontacting him and got out of bed. I slid on my slides and ran out the door.

"Wait! You can't leave yet!" A nurse yelled.

I ran out of the hospital doors and rushed home. Once I arrived home, I saw some customers on the floor and my mom, Geonwoo, and Woojin in a corner being held at gun point.

At first, I was debating whether to risk my job and attack the men guarding the café or wait it out and see what happens.

But I couldn't just stand there and let my family suffer. I took my hair out from a bun and ran into the crowd of men in black.

I tried to run straight to them but someone grabbed me before I could reach them.

"Mom!" I yelled, trying to release the grip off my wrist.

I turned around and relaxed my body while slowly starting to smile at the big man behind me. 

It was beom-u.

The man who does all the dirty work for that shitbag, Ok Gangwoo.

"Happy to see me?" He said.

I shoved his arm off of me and the guy next to him tried to hit me with his gun but he failed miserabley and my knuckles collided with his chin.

I blew n my knuckle and wiped it off sarcastically before smirking at beom-u. More men came after me and I dodged more attacks than made them but they were all quick to fall.

I looked at some of the customers that began to run away and some of the who were still on the floor.

I ran up the the three and looked at their condition closely.

"Are you guys okay?! Are your hurt?!" I said grabbing their faces.

"We're okay." She whispered then slowly turned her head to the corner.

I looked where she was looking and froze.

It was Ok Gangwoo.

I walked slowly up to him angrily and stood in front of his chair.

"Oh my, look how much you've grown!" He stood up putting his hands on my shoulders.

I shoved his shoulders off of me and the men in black that I beat up grabbed guns and pointed them at me.

Gangwoo singnaled them to relax and put the weapons down.

"Why'd you come back? I thought I said to stay away from my family." I said coldly.

"Well, I missed you. That's all." He smirked putting his hand under my chin and lifting it up.

I looked into his eyes and spit on his face. He then tightened his grip on my face and threw me onto the floor. I winced in absolute pain and looked up to him as he walked over to me slowly and stood over me.

"Why do you have to be such a bitch all the time? I already told you, I'll let go of all your debt if you give me a little something in return." He said slowly running his finger on the hem of my hospital shirt.

"Fuck you!" I said.

He sighed heavily and signaled the men to do something. I sat up quickly while the men walked over to me. I heard the muffled cries and whimpers of mom, Geonwoo, and Woojin as the men made their way to my limp body.

I tried to fight but they got to me and one kept my body still while another man grabbed a gun and used the back of it to hit me with.

I was now knocked out and unable to know what was going on.
