(A/N I just want to say that people with these disorders can live perfectly normal lives. This is a work of fiction and not meant to be taken seriously.)

Doctor Christopher Bang stares at the gloomy grey building in front of him. There are barely any windows and it looks depressing, which is kind of ironic since it's a mental hospital.

A few weeks ago, Chan never would've thought of moving to Chicago for a job, but when he found out that the world's most "untreatable" people were emitted there he jumped onto the next available flight.

He was able to search online and find out about a few of the patients the hospital holds. He saw something about a small gang that got admitted to the asylum a few weeks ago after treatments at other places didn't work. They were described as "Deranged and helpless". Many psychiatrists have quit or lost their minds after trying to help them.

Chan slowly makes his way to the building's doors and opens them. He walks into the hospital with only one thing on his mind Never let someone break through your walls.

"Hello, you must be Dr. Bang!" The said male turns around to see an older man in a white coat. "I was really impressed by your resume. I hope you have better luck than the other psychiatrists we've previously hired."

"I'm sure I can treat my patients." Chan says with distaste. The doctor in front of him shakes his head. "That's what they all say and then look where they ended up."

"I know how to defend myself from mind games." The older man gives Chan an uneasy look at the Aussie's coldness. "I hope you're right."

The man gives Chan a small tour before handing him 7 clipboards. They all have a stack of paper attached, except for one that barely has any.

"These are the men you will be treating. They are being held on the bottom floor, which is underground. You don't have to talk to them every day you're here at work, but I suggest that you do. Their mental state is always changing. One day they might be nice and give you a lot of information, the next they'll be hostile and try to get out of their cuffs to do hell knows what." Chan hums nodding his head along with what the man said.

"I'll leave now and let you look at the files. Good luck! You'll need it." He mumbles the last part to himself before walking away, but Chan still hears it. He rolls his eyes at the other psychiatrist's words thinking that he was just being dramatic. No one could be so bad that they actually drive other people insane, right?

Chan isn't too worried about it though. He's learned to never take whatever an insane person says to heart.

The Aussie shakes his head to leave his thoughts and flips through the patient's files with analyzing eyes. To his surprise, he already knows some things about them, because he is assigned to help the gang he read up on the other night. Great. Just great.
