"I'm r-"

"Don't even open it, little girl." I huffed angrily. I wasn't all that mad. This isn't mad. If she tries anything else she'll learn what mad means. I wasn't all that upset with her anyway. I was pissed at what Niall said after she left. 'Just let her go Harry, did you even see her? She's one of those ones hump 'n dump chicks.' I didn't even want him to know about her. At least not yet. This whole 'b*tch' thing was new to me, and quite scary. I didn't like the idea of being in charge of another person. If I were to lose her like all the other important women in my life, I don't know if I would recover.

When we got back to the house she went straight to bed. She didn't even say anything to me. I didn't say anything to her. I knew I didn't need to. I walked back to my room and Liam was playing Super Mario Brothers on Ben's Nintendo DS.

"Got her?" He didn't look up from his game.

"Yeah..I kinda introduced her to scary Harry."

"Nice." Still didn't look up, "Did she learn?"

"Well, I think I scared her pretty bad."

"Nice."

I rolled over and went to sleep.

I got up the next morning around 10 AM. Liam was already up. I wasn't sure if he got up on his own or if I happened to have kicked him out of the bed. I made my entrance into the living room in only my boxers once again. Liam was on the couch, this time with Ben. Ben was showing him some kind of game. "And if you press these two keys this happens!"

"That's bloody insane! My turn!" I watched as he ripped the controller from the boys frail hands. I watched Ben's expression go blank as this wasn't the first time he wasn't in charge.

Sam was in the recliner reading a book and drinking some coffee. I assumed she hadn't been up long either. "Good morning, Princess, how'd you sleep?" I taunted and waited for a response.

"I slept awful." Liam answered instead, handing the controller back over to Ben. "All you did was kick me all night long. I thought I was gonna be able to handle it but after day two, I just couldn't. I had to come sleep on the couch."

I laughed. "Well I did enjoy having a bed to myself. Maybe we should keep it that way? Or you and Sam could just switch places.." I smirked and glanced in her direction, waiting for a smart ass comment about how i'm creepy, but instead her face was still buried in this book. "Hello? Earth to Sam? Are you listening?"

Her left hand reached over for her coffee cup from the side table, took a sip and then set it back down without moving any other body part or speaking. I impulsively smacked the book out of her hands and grabbed her by the cheeks and forced her to look at me. "What the hell is your problem!?"

She gulped and whispered, "Please don't do this in front of my brother.."

I turned back over to him and when our eyes met he immediately looked away and avoided eye contact.

I threw her head back out of my hands and face palmed. She nervously scratched her upper left arm.

I sighed through my hand. "Listen, I understand I can be a little bit-- hot headed. And I just want to say that I'm s--s..oh boy." I don't think I've ever had to apologize to someone. Look what she's done to me. I gulped myself , "I'm sorry, okay?"

She gave a half smile, "You really mean it?"

I shook my head, "That's a story for another time. Now will you please go to the market with me?"

"Are you asking me or are you telling me?"

I chuckled, "Yeah, I'm telling you."

We arrived at the store and I quickly made my way inside, almost leaving her behind.

"So what do you need at a grocery store, anyway?" She spoke up.

"Drug money." I whispered.

"This always gets better doesn't it?"

I grabbed her by the shoulders. "Listen to me. Don't talk to anyone. Don't follow me. Don't leave without me. I'll be back, just please stay right here. I need to go this way." I left her standing there and turned down a different aisle.
