I was so blind before my eye, Caught up in a sea of lies.
I thought I had all the answers, But that was far from wise.
I didn't know what was right, I was so wrong, yet so content.
My thoughts were so misguided,
My vision so bent.
But one day I opened my eyes, And saw the world with clarity.
The beauty of life all around me, The truth of what I could truly be.
No longer was stuck in my bubble,
No longer was I astray.
My heart was filled with courage, And I knew I'd find my way.
The truth of life was laid out before me,
My heart so full of joy.
My vision now clear,
could see the path that I must follow and keep near.
