" hey my parents sent me here since we're walking to the park to see the fireworks, your.. David right?"
He said that while my face looked like I've heard the biggest plot twist, I couldn't ACTUALLY believe it. The guy I've been stalking for two months INFRONT of me talking. I acted stupid and replied back.
" yeah it's David, let me get my stuff real quick and I'll be out."
I quickly ran upstairs to my room and screamed on my pillow and having a panic attack both happening at the same time. WHAT, JUST HAPPENED? IM LITERALLY GOING INSANE RIGHT NOW. I realized I needed to go with him... so I sucked it up and get out the biggest sigh. I grabbed idk my tote bag that has a lipgloss, a empty hand sanitizer and my airpods. I went downstairs and every minute It felt unreal. Maybe it won't be so bad?... I mean it wasn't like I had a whole stalking obsession with him. I quickly put on my dirty white crocs looking like a mess.
I opened the door and Andrew was on his phone waiting for me.
" took you a good minute. Sorry for the short introduction, I'm sure that your parents talked about me?" Andrew said while we were walking.
" yeah sorry for the long wait , I had to dig out my bag. I have heard of you from my parents."
I reply back with a short tense span.
" so crazy right, sooo what's your hobbies to get know each other since I barley met you today."
Andrew replied back
" yeah, I'm like really into drawing and stuff, besides that I play like video games and like listen to a lot of music." I said while fidgeting with my hands to calm myself down.
" that's cool, I'm really into engineering and building machines, and at my old school I owned a student podcast." He replied back.
" you don't look like you would be a engineer"

" haha, yeah my appearance may look different than my hobbies." Andrew said back.
As we were talking we arrived at the park, there was a big crowd of people since it's the only place we can set out fireworks. We both look for a empty space to sit down. I found a perfect spot, maybe but I don't know. All I know we good a decent view of the fireworks so that's all that matter.
I started to sweat even more since it was 80 degrees outside and that made me even worse. I was sitting right next to him. I was spamming the groupchat and secretly taking pictures of him besides me. I took some more for my stories, anyways we only had small talk about chocolate, star wars and gravity falls lore.
After awhile people started to set off fireworks like small ones or colorful smoke bombs. I actually can't believe I'm saying this but, I think he's actually nice. I thought he was gonna be like some nerd or something, and a little crush too.
He honestly was the best, I couldn't kept my eyes off of him like it was a magnet. Something about him just makes me fall for him. I can't be that obsessed like I did before. I have to keep it at a normal level. He's also funny too. I kept laughing at everything cause it's funny or just to laugh.
As the fireworks set off when it was dark, I stood up and took a picture but couldn't really take a good picture since I was short to take a picture. Suddenly he came behind me out of no where and grabbed my phone and took a picture for me. I couldn't even react. His body was behind me, wrapped around my head holding my phone, like the couples you would see in the amusement park lines that would obnoxiously holding each others hand.
Anyways, I was actually gonna have a mental breakdown, I got overwhelmed and after 30 seconds in, he handed back the phone to me after.
" sorry for jump scaring you like that, you kept blocking my view so I took the photo instead haha." Andrew said to me.
" you literally SCARED me haha, like stop teasing me for real." I replied back
" maybe like a tease." and he JUST WINKED AT ME as he replied back to me.

I'm going mental and insane he winked AT ME. I feel like any guy that gives me affection or I just stalk on Instagram I instantly fall for, like a few not all of them. I kept spamming the group chat with what I just experienced. He TOUCHED my hand too, that's crazy. I was just having butterflies in my stomach. I kept staring at him after that, I couldn't take my eyes off of him. He just gets me.
The fireworks started to set off more, and the more I get jump scared since they're way TOO close. I was watching Andrew 90% of the time instead of the fireworks too. I kept getting shy to talk to him, I couldn't even have the courage to start small talk again. I was right next to him too. I was just like talking so much about him to my friends. Then, he tapped my shoulder and said we should go closer to see the fireworks, where people set them off. In that moment I said yes and he GRABBED my hand and dragged me into the area of the fireworks. I was still on him behind me and now he just grabbed my hand and took me here.
Seeing the fireworks closer was amazing, I could see it so much better. Andrew was in awe and looking all around the place to see all the type of fireworks they had there. I was surprised every time, and every time I look at him, I can't help to observe him and stare at him. I couldn't get myself to get closer to him, I ran to him and accidentally bumped into his back and he looked back at me and smiled at me and chuckled at me, I got flustered by it and literally forget there was fireworks set off next to me.
Then Andrew proceeded to grab my hand and run into another place, we sat down and stared at the fireworks. All the colors, just so amazing. He then looked at my direction and looked at me staring at the fireworks.
He smiled and then told me, " hey I just wanted to let you know, I thought I would have a hard time having to make new friends, but I had so much fun with you. I guess we're considered friends now haha.
" oh yeah! I had so much fun with you, and for making tonight special. I'm always here for you."
I replied back immediately to not sound awkward. He smiled and looked back at the fireworks still having his bright smile. I really
think I like him again.
