Run Away Kaveh

It's been about a month since Kaveh moved to mondstat and was doing well but was quiet and Kept to himself and do his work.

And tonight after working at the winery on what needs to get repaired and so on. And was now at the tavern working as a bartender.

And was doing well and was cleaning glasses until Kaeya walked in with venti and Lisa. And they say down at the counter.

Lisa : how are you fitting in Kaveh?"

Kaveh : I'm doing well. My new place is finally finished"

Lisa : I hope you liked my gifts"

Venti : nice to meet ya Kaveh I'm v-

Kaveh : he told me about you. I'm afraid your cut off"

Venti : he doesn't have to know?"

Lisa : you know you used to be quiet the drinker in sc-

Kaveh : don't bring that up"

Kaeya : did something in embarrassing in your younger years?"

Lisa : oh he definitely did"

Kaveh : ......."

Lisa : but on another note
I didn't realize you knew how to make drinks?"

Kaveh : I was roommates with Al Haitham can only stand him with a drink. It drowns out his voice"

Lisa : I heard you threw a wine bottle at him once when drunk. Traveler told me"

Kaveh : sadly I missed"

Venti : master Diluc did that to me once"

Kaeya : he didn't miss"

Venti : yeah but luckily it bounce off my head"

Kaeya : how has working for him been?"

Kaveh : it's been good he's rather nice to hold a conversation with"

Kaeya : must be nice"

Lisa : well we came to have a little chat are you free?"

Kaveh : I suppose I can chat for awhile"

Later in the tavern Kaveh was closing up he put some mora on the counter and grabbed a bottle of wine and sat down against the wall upstairs and started drinking.

A little while later Kaeya showed up and sat down next to him with a bottle of wine.

Kaeya : you know what they say misery loves company"

Kaveh : what are you doing here?

Kaeya : i knew you would be closing up. And would need a drinking buddy"

Kaveh : .....you are just curious why i suddenly ran to mondstat"

Kaeya : maybe. But don't worry i can keep a secret"

Kaveh : ...... ever known someone since your childhood just for them to one day change into a completely different person out of nowhere?"

Kaeya : very specific. But yes"

Kaveh : i think the worse pain is watching people go from someone you know to someone you don't know anymore....."

Kaeya : i can relate to that. Guessing that is what drove you from Sumeru?"

Kaveh : i couldn't bother being in the same nation as them and risk seeing them"

Kaeya : heh....lucky you could run from that. I don't know what's worst running away or staying.

I can tell you staying is like getting slap in face everyday."

Kaveh : guess I'll tell you how leaving is after a few more months"

Kaeya : you seem to be doing well for yourself. Everyone in mondstat likes you and you have master Diluc's approval. Very hard to get. And i grew up with him"

Kaveh : he can be rather intimidating. But I've dealt with worse"

Kaeya : and about people in mondstat likning you. I'm also talking about in that way to. Your very popular with the ladies and even the guys"

Kaveh : I'm not surprised"

Kaeya : i see we might have a little friendly competition. On another note i heard from traveler that you have an interesting way of fighting?.

That you don't even touch your claymore?"

Kaveh : my hands are my money makers i can't afford them getting damage?"

Kaeya kinda smiled finding what Kaveh said a little funny.

Kaeya : oh? Your money make-!?

Kaveh : not like that!? Butvon another note i do get a pedicure once a week
To keep them in good shape"

Kaeya : understable. You should let Klee do your nails she loves doing people's nails and she's pretty good at it"

Kaveh : she seems like a sweet child ..... destructive but sweet"

Kaeya : do you ever miss who you left despite them hurting you?"

Kaveh : ..... sometimes i do....."

Kaeya : that probably won't ever go away."

Kaveh : i try hanging onto how they used to be on the good things they do hoping they will be better.....but it never outweighs the bad"

Kaeya : heh.....i think we're going to be good friends Kaveh. We have a little to much in common..... mostly the traumatic part....."

Kaveh : like you said misery loves company i guess"
