Elias

" Iris where are you "

It had been a few days since the major conversation and everything has gone back to normal. Right now I was trying to find Iris as she was somewhere in the castle. I started off looking in Amaris' bed, when I lifted her up to try and reveal iris, she wasn't there.

The next place I went was Alexis' room, her and Zachary, Iris' brother, were roommates now for some reason. I'm pretty sure he just wants to get closer to her. When I entered, I saw that they were doing an experiment together, I'm surprised that he wasn't terrified of my sister at this point. They were recording some results and I'm pretty sure he was trying to make himself useful as i witnessed him carrying a large pen over his head like it was a weight trying to impress my sister, she giggled a bit and took the pen from him with her left hand and began to write.

" YOURE SO STRONG PRINCESS ALEXIS" he looked up at her with curious eyes and kind of looked like a child while doing so.

" so are you prince Zachary"

They laughed together before I closed the door and and walked off the selenes room. I'm glad she's found someone she could talk to willingly and not be made uncomfortable like she is around my body guard.

I stood outside selenes room and prepared to take iris. When I entered I saw she was wearing her princess outfit and was having some sort of a tea party. Little did I know that what I would see is her and all of her teddies in a circle surrounding a bear with a ripped off arm. He had what i assume was ketchup in a cross on his chest and Selene was chanting something like sacrifice his soul.

I got too scared to continue watching so I moved onto my parents room. I doubt she would be in there but it wouldn't hurt to check. When I pushed open the heavy door I saw that they were laughing together looking at a book. I ran over to see what they were looking at, my friendship journal. I was there. They were flicking through when I stopped on one that caught my interest. It was me after the I had met iris. When we became friends, I was smiling throughout this time. There was a piece of paper stuck onto the side of a page and when I opened it, a doodle of me and iris drew by a child's hand popped up. I stroked it with my hand and carried on.

From that point, there were pictures of me laughing happily and there were a few that I assume prudence took as I was holding iris from a distance away in the field. The next one stressed me out as I turnt the page to see a zoomed in picture of us on the field eating a cupcake and me licking her. WHO TOOK THIS ONE. I felt my face burning as I turnt to look at my parents who were cracking up a the sight of me. I'm going to burn that book. I got up and left the room to go check my one.

WAIT. WHY DIDNT I JUST SMELL HER OUT. Normally giants have a human level sense of smell, however, I have had a great one ever since I was younger. I remember what she smells like the most, as she has the best smell In my opinion. She smelt like flowers all the time and I'm always checking she smells the same anyways. I sampled the air through my nose and let my body tell me where she is. It led me to my room. I SWEAR I CHECKED THIS ROOM SEVERAL TIMES FOR HER. the main reason i wanted to find her was because i was done with castle work for the day and wanted to hold her. I smelled the air and it led me to my bed. Why would she be here. I went down on one knee and used my hand to search under my pillows. She wasn't there. Then I used my hand to search under the bed side table. I felt there was something there so I wrapped my finger around the thing and began to pull it out.

There she was, my finger encased around her waist, she was squirming and giggling at my touch. WHY WAS SHE UNDER MY BEDSIDE TABLE.

" ELIAS PUT ME DOWN " she yelled through giggles. I smiled at her and shook my head.
