The students gathered in the compact classroom, still sat in their seating plan, waiting for the clock to tick over 3:15 so the school day would be over. Every tick lasted a lifetime. It was 3:14 when the teacher exclaimed, " Its home time, I'll give you an extra minute"
The students were relieved that the first day was almost completely over. "Oh I almost forgot," the teacher quieted the class,"Does anyone have their phone chargers? If you do bring them over to my desk, everyone has to share now"
A few students pulled chargers out of their backs and placed them on the cluttered desk.Suddenly their was a large bang on the roof! What was it!? The windows were almost completely bordered up so they couldn't see out. Through a small gap a masked face appeared. "DON'T BE ALARMED," he shouted through the glass, "I'M FROM THE ARMY, HERE WITH SUPLIES"
The startled teacher grabbed a hammer and started to tear off the border so the soldier could get through. He undid the rope he was attached to the helicopter with and he and another fully equipped soldier leaped through the first-floor window with two large crates full of supplies. The soldiers carried large guns on their backs and full armour around their bodies. They both took off their helmets.
"Hello, I'm Sargent David Smith and this is Lance Corporal Eric Wilson." The first man that appeared said in his masculine yet croaky voice. He looked like the weaker of the two men, he was still large with muscles. His eyes were full of regret and he tried to look at every single person in the room.
The second man began to speak, he was much larger than the first and his voice seemed to echo across the classroom "Hiya! As Dave said, my name is Lance Corporal Eric and we are both here to help you guys!" He smiled a lot but looked sad. He talked in a thick American accent and moved about as he talked. He turned to look at the windows, that were now being refitted with borders by two students, "I'm impressed with the initiative you guys had to use tables as borders! Erm I think we'll need to introduce ourselves to the whole school, can we hold an emergency assembly?"
"Yeah sure" Mr Clawson, still in shock, replied "We'll show you the way" The two soldiers picked up the crates and followed down the stairs.
