The next day I woke up in bed.
Why does my head hurt? What happened yesterday?
"Shit! I have work!" I said before hopping out of bed.
Once I got to work I went to go speak to boss.
I had to tell him about what happened at the bank. Will I get fired?
I knocked on his office door and waited.
He opened the with a smile.
"Felix! What a nice surprise,"
"What brings you here?" he asked.
"Uhm k have something to tell you," I said.
"Okay then come in," he said.
Chan's room was very simple.
I liked it.
"Well?"
"Well, about the mission.." I said.
"Ah yes, the mission how was it?" boss asked.
"I didn't get the money. I set off the alarm," I said with my head lowered.
"Oh. Yeah, I expected that," he said.
"Huh?"
"That's why I sent Hyunjin,"
"About that.." I said.
"Hyunjin didn't get the money either,"
"What why?" he asked.
"He saved me from the police," I said embarrassed.
"Oh gosh.."
"Yea sorry!" I said.
I got up and headed for the door.
"No paycheque!" he yelled.
"Yea... I know!" I said.
I ran out of there as fast as I could. That was hella embarrassing.
Just then someone called my name.
"Felix!" Han Jinsung said.
"Wanna hang out with us?" he asked.
"Yea sure," I said.
Han took me to an office and there was Lee Minho.
"Sit down!" he said.
I sat down then Han said, "So where's Hyunjin?"
"Why should I know?" I said.
"So you forgot. Ok then! Why is your hair so beautiful?" he asked.
"Why are you asking him so many questions?" Minho said.
"Because why not! Tell us about yourself, Felix!" Han said.
"Well uh, I don't know what to say," I said.
"Sorry- I just have a bad headache,"
Han and Minho looked at each other.
"So your Hyunjin's friends right?" I asked.
"How do you know?"
"I saw you guys with him while I going home from work the other day," I said.
"Well ya we are," Minho said.
"By the way are you guys a couple or something?" I said.
"Uh-"
"Oh sorry I thought you guys!-"
"It's fine," Minho said.
"No, we're just close friends," Han said.
"Just like me and Hyunjin!" I said.
"You guys are close?"
"Yeah, I guess," I said.
"I mean nothing more than that?" he said.
"I never thought about that," I said.
"Well, you should think about that because-" Minho said.
"Shut up!" Han did while covering his mouth.
I looked at the two confused.
"Am I missing something?" I asked.
"Nope!" Han said.
"But-"
"Just let Hyunjin tell him," Han whispered to Minho.
What were they hiding? Something wasn't right.
