Blue's Epic quest for nothing #1

Chill out and Call out

     "So what do you want to do today" Hunter asked. "You know chill out" I responded and he followed up with "So, games?". "Yeah!" I said while he grabbed two controllers and turned on the Y=xBox+1. "Hmmmm" I said thinking about what to play, "how about a fun world in Block Mine 3D". I hand him the disk I brought from here in my bag. "Alright I think I got it set up" he said after putting the disk in and handing me a controller. I am already signed up on his Y=xBox+1 cause I am over here alot and I feel like that is just a connection from home to there. None the less we played for hours just exploring around and having a good time, I made our house which he insisted it being ours "not needing another house one cause it would just take up space and you could just be here with me".  I know this is just in a block game but I think that's a hint. Anyways we had chilled on the couch for a little while he was starting to dose off, something about getting 2 hours of sleep and he kinda just laid his head on my shoulder.

     Its been 20 minutes now and I have been thinking every minute of it like is Hunter just really comfy with sleeping on friends or is this another hint? The "is it a hint" thought comes to my mind every single time I am with this guy, if he is interested then he must be absolutely astonished on how someone could miss such obvious hints but I am that guy. At this point he most likely thinks that he could full out give me a bouquet of flowers that says be mine on it and think I would still be like "oh you're such a good friend!". I really need to get though flowers for him cause I would have given up on hints at this point. Jesus why haven't I fucking married him yet. Vrrr, Vrrr, Vrrr, Shit my phones going off. I pull it out of my pocket carefully and it was dad.

      "Hi dad" I whispered. "How did he like the flowers" He responded. "Got a bit distracted by a rap battle that blocked the flower store so I didn't pick them up" He goes on a rant of responsibility and how he was just as clumsy when it came to things and how his first game was made on a low bugget and could have been a box office hit if they just put more effort into it and then it derails into how he no more chances to shine as a pepsi sponsor anymore after the 2000's because he scared to many little kids cause he had no face losing faithful pepsi buyers. Little did he know the rappers were not actually at the flower store. I needed to do this so my dad does not lose his shit at me and I needed to do this whole extra part to fulfill your sick little need to actually need to know two people's relationship for them to get together. So you're welcome, but now my dad is having another midlife crisis. This woke up Hunter and I quickly said "dad I love you, but you woke him up bye" and hung up. "Wanna get some ice-cream." Hunter responded with "yeah sure" We walk outside and then I realized there is not a single ice cream store within a mile of here.
