I just had got out the shower and got dressed,put on lotion and perfume, I usually get dressed to just stay in the house because people don't really invite me anywhere being that I don't have that many friends
Just a few people that I really fuck wit like Kay, Dougie, B Lovee, Cblu, My bae Jo and my best friend Ivy but other then them I don't really talk to nobody like that
The boys are half of the reason I don't go out because there vary overprotective and always telling me to stay home because who they are and what they do and how they "don't want me to be a target"
So I just stay my ass inside, but I ended up getting a call from Ivy

Ivy said before I hung up, I was already ready so I was just sitting down in my living room watching Rick and Morty till she text me she outside(that show so funny I love it y'all😭)
I feel my phone buzz i didn't have to look I already knew it was Ivy so I just turned off the Tv and grabbed my bag and headed outside

When we walk in to the cook out the first few people we saw was Cblu, Dougie and B lovee (by the way Dougie is Ivy's man)
Ivy instantly went straight to Dougie and hugged him and whatever "Hey y'all" I said hugging everyone "Wsp" they all said but I noticed my man wasn't there "Where Jo at?" I asked Dougie sense he's closer to Kay and Jo so he know everything
"Kay said they gon be a lil late but they coming" Dougie said with his arm around Ivy "Oh ok" I said sitting in a folding chair rolling up for everyone
When I finished rolling up everyone sat ina circle and we started passing the blunt around then I see Jo and Kay come in from the corner of my eye
I got up so quick the chair almost came with me😭 "Heyy baee" I said hugging him like I ain't seen him in years "Hey mama" he said hugging me around my waist
"Hey Kay" I said hugging him "Wsp Lani" he said hugging back, Kay and Jo pulled a chair in the circle and we kept passing the blunt around till we all was smacked
"Y'all ima take my ass home I'm getting tiered" I said getting up putting my chair away there was still some people there but people was getting ready to leave
"Aii lemme take u" Jo said getting up too "Ok, bye y'all" I said giving everybody hugs and waving bye when I got in the car me and Jo talked for a little bit after a while I ended up fallin asleep
"Ma wake up we here" Jo said shaking me a little "Ok I'm up" I said rubbing my eyes "Thank u for bringing me home" I said hugging him "Np mama" he said grabbing my chin giving me a kiss and pecking my lips a few times after "Bye I love u" he said "Bye I love u too" I said waving and smiling opening my door, walking in my house.

I woke up out my sleep from my phone ringing and I answered without checking who was calling "Hello?" I said in a questioning and tired tone "Leilani Jo got booked" Kay said from the other side of the phone "What?" I said sitting up in my bed shocked at what he just said
"Bro Jo got booked this morning" Kay said with a bothered ass tone "Wtf how u found out?" I said upset at the fact I gotta wake u to this "Bro he called me and told me what happened"
"Bro wtf..." I said zoning out getting kinda scared that I might not see my man for years maybe ever depending on wtf he did and what cases he can drop.
