Christian is late. I'm not sure nominating him was a good idea anymore. He can at least pretend to care during the campaign. This may be a popularity contest which is exactly why we need to win the entire student body over with actual solid plans.

I bet the other teams have already come up with elaborate projects. Still, do they really know what everyone wants? My only competition barely interact with anyone other than herself. In that sense, I do have advantage over her.

Unless that Ella girl is actually serious about presidency. At least I think that's her name. She looks to be very involved from what I've seen. Come to think of it, she seems to have a strong mind of her own. I doubt Ivy can control her.

The thought makes me laugh. She sure has her work cut out for her. I just need to find a way to tame her pawn.

Christian plops in the seat next to me. He scared the scheming thoughts right out of me. The other guys join and I sigh. I was hoping to meet Christian only. The other guys will be a distraction. "I'm not late, am I?" He swipes a chips from me.

"Fifteen minutes to be exact." The other guys grab at my chips. I watch as they disappear one by one. All...gone. "You're all going to pay me back."

Christian bumps my shoulder in a teasing manner. "Come on. Two dollars is nothing for you."

"You're all rich so stop mooching off of me all the time." Christian's lips inch wider than it already is.

"For me to stay rich, I have to mooch off of someone." Christian replies before he bites down on a chip. I am too stunned to speak. Christian's mouth just says whatever it wants. Tom and Jack chuckle.

"Mooch off of your parents." I lift my hands to hit him on the shoulders and he flinches at my bluff. That doesn't stop him from digging into the bag of chips yet again. Jack even joins in too. He's so shameless about it.

"My parents would rather the homeless mooch off of them." Christian shakes his head as though giving thought to their actions.

"They're the sweetest." Tom coos. We all know out of the four of us, Christian's parents are the loveliest. They're charity angels. While my parents also dabble in charity, father's complaints kind of ruins the gesture. It's obvious he does it for face.

Christian's nose scrunches. "They're being played. I saw this homeless guy once and recognized him fully suited going to a job the day before." I was wondering why Jackson is so quiet. He has taken over the remaining chips. His face is nearly buried in the bag. Out of us four, Jack eats the most. Christian and Tom is too involved in the conversation to notice.

"And what? It takes like less than an hour to go homeless. A house can get taken away in seconds." Precisely, Tom.

"You have a point." Christian points at him.

"Besides, Christian don't act like you don't enjoy working at the shelter." I don't know why he dismisses his like for helping out. He ditched sailing on Thomas' new boat so that he can pass out food to the same homeless he speaks of. Christian Davis chose that over fun. I'm so proud of him.

"Isn't that because of the homeless girl he's crushing on?" Jack finally speaks up. My eyebrows shoot up. What homeless girl? I don't know about a homeless girl. There's a homeless girl he's crushing on? This seems to be news for Tom too. His eyes narrow at Christian and I follow his expression because I, too is out of the loop.

"She isn't homeless." Christian corrects. I notice he's shrinking in his seat as though caught for something he never expected to be revealed. "She's from the orphanage and she helps out at the shelter." He shrugs. Who is this person he speaks of? With how big his mouth is, I'm surprised he hasn't mention it before.
