wow i haven't updated this book in the longest time. so here's a little something something for you! (since i won't be updating any of my other books for some time) i always do songfics but adore isn't on any of ariana's albums so i was like, why not?

Ariana looked around the plane, stifling a giggle when she saw Jones and Dalina snuggled together on a seat. Alfredo was playing with his camera while her mom and Daniel were chatting it up, about plans until the North American tour starts again.

She had just finished her European leg of the Honeymoon tour and decided to visit Los Angeles for a while. She was meeting a couple of producers and such down there for her upcoming album, and possibly talking with a couple of her friends to get them to collab with her. She was hoping for one person in particular.

Ariana scrolled through her twitter news feed as she listened to her song playlist. Beyonce was on and she had to admit, she was quietly jamming to the song.

Favoriting a couple of fans' tweets, she noticed one that caught her eye. It was a Youtube link to a mashup of her song, One Last Time, and Skrillex and Diplo featuring Justin Bieber's song, Where Are U Now.

Pausing her Beyonce, she pressed play on the video, and what she heard was not only great mashup work, but how great their voices sounded together. It wasn't an official duet, but it gave her an idea.

Immediately once the song ended, she favorite'd the tweet, copied the Youtube link, and went onto her messages.

Typing in Justin's name, she pasted the link into the message box and pressed send.

ariana: this is so good!!!!!!!

It took approximately a good 5 minutes for him to respond back.

justin: dude that sounded amazing
ariana: i'm actually going to be in la for a couple of weeks discussing shit for my new album. let's squeeze in a duet?
justin: are you serious?
ariana: yes i'm serious! i would love for you to be on my album :) i think everyone would
justin: then let's do it #arianabieberduet is officially back on

"Ariana, you said you'll meet Justin at the studio at 11. It's already 11:30!" Jones yelled from downstairs.

"I'm coming! Don't get your dick on fire again!" She could hear Alfredo's laugh from downstairs.

Checking her appearance one last time, she smiled to herself. She had on white sweater with a grey moon and stars embroidery at the breast area with black shorts and some black running shoes. She was comfortable and ready for the long hours in the studio.

Running down the stairs whilst fixing her ponytail, she jumped right in Alfredo's arm from the third step.

"I'm finished, are you happy now?" Ariana asked as Alfredo let her down.

Jones just rolled his eyes, as he shuffled his laptop bag in his hands. Alfredo picked up another bag with a camera and other essentials before the three made their way to the black escalate, Jones in the front seat and Ariana and Alfredo in the back.

As they made their way through LA traffic, Ariana took out her phone, tweeting, "@ArianaGrande: in la ... what are we up to @justinbieber"
