"Hey, Justin."

The 19 year old stood up and smiled. "What's up, Scooter?" The two did their handshake before sitting down on opposite couches in the studio.

"Nothing much, just came to congratulate you on the success of the Journals. Amazing work as always."

Justin grinned. "Thanks man. Can't believe it's already number one." Scooter raised a knowing eyebrow, making Justin laugh. "Okay, maybe not totally unbelievable but after all of the shit that's been going on.."

The older man lifted up a hand. "No, don't talk like that. Your Beliebers promised you that they'd be there for you no matter what, and they're going to stick to that."

Justin sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I also promised them too, but I fell, I fell badly."

"They caught you."

"They can't keep always catching me. They've got their own lives too. I can't depend on them when I'm 95 and can't even talk. I love them to death, but I want them to be happy out there, not being criticized for being a Belieber, not having to defend my ass twenty-four/seven because I screwed up."

"Don't think like that. They will always be there for you. When they're married, they're still going to be married to you. Those Beliebers will never let you go, no matter what the circumstances are. They will always support you..unlike me."

"What are you talking about?" Justin looked at Scooter questioningly.

"Don't deny it Justin, I've been slacking off. I haven't been with you through these hard times. I promised you, and I broke a promise too, and I'm sorry. I've been paying a lot of attention to Ariana.. I realize that she's my client, but you are too. I just see something in her that I saw in you 4 years ago.. That determination, that talent. I guess I hate the fact that you and your career are growing up. Ariana's just starting, and it just gives me that déjà vu of you. But it's stupid how I barely support you now. I'm stupid. The Beliebers made me realize it and I hate the fact that they're right. They always have to be right, like you." He chuckled. His frown came back immediately after. "I'm sorry Justin."

Justin shook his head. He stood up and sat by Scooter. "No, it's not your fault. I should be sorry for all of the crap that I've done. I know for a fact that you hate it, even though you don't say anything. So I should be the one saying sorry."

Scooter smiled. The two hugged before Justin spoke.

"Ariana is amazing. She's so talented, and I see a lot in her too. She has the best vocals ever, so I don't blame you for working so hard on her. She's definitely worth it."

Suddenly, Scooter's phone buzzed in his pocket, and he fished it out. Scooter looked at Justin, who nodded.

The manager slid his fingers on the screen, answering. "Hello?" He excused himself, and went to a different room.

Justin slid out his own phone and opened the twitter app.

He retweeted a couple of his friends supporting the new album, before tweeting one himself.

"@justinbieber: this music is everything to me. Happy to finally have it all out to u. it is all about the music. #Journals"

He smiled at some of his Beliebers complimenting the album. He saw a tweet that caught his eye.

"@ArianaGrande: just got #Journals and omg I feel like such a fangirl when I say this is the most amazing album ever. Obsessed right now. @justinbieber your voice sounds perfect and ily #onrepeat"
