Christmas Time

"Any ideas?" Asked McGonagall in a monotone voice after her very boring speech about what theme to do for the Christmas ball, "a masquerade ball?" I whispered, all the rest of the prefects turned to me "yeah what a great idea" said the hufflepuff prefect turning to McGonagall "well done miss Granger" she smiled...
I headed back to the great hall for lunch and to meet up with Ginny to go to Hogsmead for dresses!

We gave each other a huge hug then sat down at the Gryffindor table, she starts talking to me then I zone out somewhere in the middle trying to look for Draco at the Slytherin, I'm then rudely awakened from my daydream by Ginny who snaps her fingers in my face "heyyy!" She groans "I was so excited to tell you this and you completely... Zone out... On...me" she says looking at me then at the Slytherin table, Ginny squints her eyes "it's a guy isn't it?"
"What? No that ridiculous" I bow my head Ginny gasps "it is, who is it then?!" "Shhhh, sit down Ginny!" I hissed " it's no one" I lied "it is I know that look and you speak in a high voice when you lie, and you my friend are indeed lying!" I widen my eyes "wow Gin, calm down" "alright I-I'll tell y-you" I whispered, Ginny squeaked and rested her chin in her hands signalling she's ready to know, I take a deep breath "drac.. Mal" I quickly mumbled, "Mione!" "Draco M-Malfoy" Ginny didn't move she just sat there with her jaw open and eye wide open, she then laughed nervously "no seriously who?" Asked Ginny with a nervous laugh "Draco Malfoy" I said fairly loudly and fairly proud...

"Draco Malfoy" I heard a female voice say, I stand up and scope the room, I then saw Hermione and immediately sat down, I think I'm falling for her I need to make a move, and the perfect moment is the Christmas masquerade ball, suggested by Hermione...
