Sooooo soooo sorry about not updating for about 4 months😂 okay back to the ball...
Hermione's POV:
As Draco spun me around one last time before the song ended I felt someone grasp my upper arm tightly and pull to one side, "Mione? What are you doing?" It was Harry....
"I'm dancing with my date" I said with my head held high, Harry just stared at me "you mean, you and Draco. Draco and you..." He stuttered "yes Harry, I know you two haven't exactly seen eye to eye these past years but everyone deserves a second chance rig-" I was cut off, Harry went red in the face.. "No Hermione, he doesn't deserve a second chance you know why? He tried to kill you, me, Ron, Dobby..." Harry went quiet "please Harry, for me?" I whisper "fine but don't come crying to me when he tries to kill someone" Harry hissed then walked off to join seamus, Ron and dean.
Harry was wrong, right?
"Everything okay?" I heard a soft voice say from behind whilst I rubbed my sore arm.
Draco's POV:
I found Hermione, she was rubbing her arm, there was finger marks around her upper arm "Mione?" I whispered going red in the face "who did that?" I asked, she looked down "oh nothing it's just where um.." Tears were forming in her big brown eyes. I put my one arm around her and held her arm with the other "let's go" I whispered.
Back at the dorm
"Draco I'm fine really" Hermione said, I sat her down on the bed "aguamenti" I chanted into a bowl. And a bowl of water appeared in front of us. I dabbed the cloth into the cold water and placed it gently on her arm, she made a hissing sound by sucking air in with her teeth together "sorry" I whispered as I put the cloth back into the bowl. After a few minutes the redness faded a little, but it hadn't completely disappeared. "Draco" Hermione whispered, "mm?" I relplied making no eye contact and focusing on her arm, "thank you" she said, I just smile at her and nod, god I love her, I love her so much, should I just tell her?
"Mione?" I asked "yes"
We stared for a few seconds before our forehead were touching, slowly we got closer and closer before our lips touched and tingled.
After our kiss I whisper "i love you" she smiles and replies "I love you too"
