The sound of a harsh skin slapping against skin resonated into the silent room. The tall well-built man's head was thrown to the other side by the force, eyes wide due to the unexpected action, the cherry red print of Jimin's small hand was prominent over the gray head's tan cheek.
"You liar, you fucking liar." Jimin gritted out, eyes bloodshot from the anger and rage streaming through every single vein of his body as he looks down at the man in front of him with virtuous hatred.
"What—" The man, with confused furrowed eyes and a hand over his cheek was about to speak but was interrupted by the silver head.
"Remember Jungkook?" Jimin asked straightforwardly, watching how the gray head's eyes expanded their usual size in realization. The smaller male shook his head gradually at the divulgence. Disappointment is prominent through his almond orbs.
"He is back?" The gray head asked, shock evident in both his voice and complexion.
"He is. Didn't really expect it, did you?" Jimin mocked, the corner of his plump lips tilting upward into an exceedingly disgruntled smirk.
"Listen, Bub. I was about to tell you—" The man tried to protest, tried to defend, and was about to explain himself but was yet again interrupted by the silver head.
"When? When were you about to tell me?" Jimin deadpanned, head tilted to the other side as a heavy grimace masked his features. "It's been years for fuck sake! When were you exactly supposed to tell me?!" This time, his voice went to a higher pitch, he was almost yelling at the taller male standing before him. Since they were inside the gray head's hotel chamber, it has very little chance of them getting caught.
This time, the man did not say anything. His head tilted downward with a stagnant scowl, palms pressed over the wooden table situated against a wall. He was sweating, his head was feeling extremely heavy and the world felt like it was reeling in front of his very eyes due to being caught red-handed.
To be fair, He totally forgot about Jungkook and his existence over the years thus telling about the raven head with an exposed forehead and sharp jawline to Jimin never crossed his mind.
The image of the guy with raven hair, his short strands that used to fall over one of his slightly smokey eyes flashed before the gray head's visions that he dated back in his senior year when the guy was a freshman. He totally forgot about the Jeon Jungkook with a sassy attitude, a total spoiled brat with vulgar thoughts always running through his pretty little head.
"I never recognized you, did I? Even though we dated for so long I failed to see your innards, your heart, your mind. I never learn you that well." Jimin's voice sliced through the thick silence, both of his hands balled into two fists. Now that he thinks about it, he seriously failed to judge the older man.
He never got the chance to know his lover or read his lover since the man always was busy chasing behind his 'goal'. And even though he has asked the gray head about his previous lover's or his past, now all the answers the gray head had given to him feel like they were all lies and half-truths.
Everyone deserves love, everyone deserves to be loved and everyone deserves to love. But being too blind in love is not good. That shit can ruin you.
Love maybe the most delicate thing in the whole universe but it has the ability to destroy you both mentally and emotionally.
"You knew he was my best friend but you still got into a relationship with me even though you were committed to him too!" Jimin snarled, throwing his arms in frustration, eyes swelling up with unshed tears because all the emotions that are congregating inside his head altogether are making him feel fragile and vulnerable.
