7 weeks later
Dylan's pov
It has been 7 whole weeks since Mackenzie has been in the hospital. I stopped talking to everyone, even my best friends. I was miserable without her. I went to school and everyone kept saying that she had killed herself or tried to. Her friends came up to me and talked to me in private with tears running down their faces. "What the hell did you do to her? "Lilly asked. "I told her family that she cuts herself, as in self harm "I say looking down, the tears were falling. They gasped. "Who would do that,that is just plain unforgivable " Marilyn said. "I know and she tried to commit suicide because of me, I bullied her just to be popular. I loved her so much, She is just so beautiful and I hurt her so much. I am so miserable ,everyone thinks I made her kill herself. " I scream at them. They looked shocked at what I said. "Matt, Mackenzie always talked about you, and how she misses you every night, she said she never regretted her mistakes,like when you took her "purity" from her and especially not Krista ,she cried every night for you " Clara nearly screamed. "Krista ? Who's Krista "I ask. The expression on her face changed from mad to regret."No one, just a family member of hers who passed " Lily said. I had no idea who Krista was abd how she was associated with me, but the thing about taking her "purity" was true, but she took mine as well. I never knew she loved me back. . More tears came, " Matt if you loved her so much why would you do this to her? "Clara asked. "I just wanted to stay popular, but now I just want her back " I say crying they all came over to hug me,which I was surprised but hugged them back. We all then got up. I then got a text from Dylan it said " Matt hurry to the hospital it's an emergency " .I told them to come with me and we all ran to the hospital. We ran to her room and I couldn't believe what I saw.She wasn't there. Dylan came up behind us. He said that she was getting infected from the cuts. They took her away and went to operate on her.
After about 1 hour of waiting she came out of the room and was put back in her room. They stopped the infection. I played down on the bed next to her. I put my head to her chest. I could hear her heartbeat ,it was a little irregular. I just wanted to hear her beautiful voice and to see her smile. I kissed her cheek and wrapped my arms around her torso. I fell asleep with her in my arms.
Hey guys it's me Stargirl919 here sorry for the short chapter ,I hard to keep up with it but it takes forever to write since I only use my phone. I am sorry if you don't like the story as well.
