I had completely forgotten the reason why she might be there, she looked me straight in the eyes with a demonic smile tugging on her lips, I didn't know if she wanted to kill me or torture me, it would mean the same thing. She then began to speak with her voice, the one I hadn't had the honor of hearing for several days "I think you may have forgotten something, dear".

I took a few minutes to think about what she was referring to and remembered "Oh yes, it must have slipped from my mind..." "Slipped your mind? Really?" she said arching her eyebrows "Yes, I think this 'particular class' with you is quite pointless, and even for you, having a class with someone invisible is likely a waste of your time, don't you think?" "Oh really?" she repeated herself and added "You really want to play this game with me?" "I'm not playing games, especially with you" "No you don't?" "No, because I'm not one of your pets and I don't appreciate you at all" She started to laugh softly "What's so funny?" "Oh, I just find you so pathetic that's all, I can't find valid reasons for why the headmaster brought you here, thinking you would be useful" My face showed no emotions even though deep down, I felt hurt by her words. "It's not because you are the dean of the School for Evil bla bla bla, that you can say everything you want. Maybe I'm nothing, but can we talk about you?" "I think you don't realize who you're talking to" "Oh, I'm perfectly aware of who I'm talking to, a pretentious, selfish, disrespectful, and dumb teacher who only thinks about herself and her reputation and makes fun of others just because she wants to amuse herself!"

She gave me the darkest look, as black as space, and started approaching me menacingly, moving away from the doorframe where she had been standing just a few minutes ago.
She suddenly grabbed my wrist and pushed me against the wall next to the door with just one hand tightly gripping my wrist. I can say she had incredible strength, dragging my whole body with just one grip. Without me seeing it coming, she placed her right hand at the level of my throat, the contact of her soft and surprisingly warm skin on my cold skin gave me the sensation of an electric shock. Far from making a gentle move, she started tightening her grip, holding me trapped between her, her hand at my neck and the wall. "I believe I haven't been understood yet..." "I-..." I tried to say something, but the lack of air got the better of me. Now I find myself unable to utter a word or even breathe.

Suddenly, I saw a shadow passing through the corridor, since the door was still open, I prayed that the person passing by would take pity on my situation, and finally, my prayers were answered "Clarissa..." I sighed in agony. Clarissa stood at the entrance of my room, analyzing the situation. Suddenly, she shouted the name of the dean of the School for Evil, speaking to her in a rather menacing manner, with a deadly gaze that sent shivers of fear down my spine, even more than Lady Lesso.

She told her that she absolutely had to talk to her, that it was urgent. Lesso sighed in annoyance, looking visibly irritated to have been interrupted at a crucial moment. She released her grip on my neck and followed Dovey out of the room. Despite her hand being gone, I still felt its presence. I stayed in my room for about ten minutes, alone, with the door still open, wondering what had happened and how I ended up there.

When Dovey came back into the room, alone, she still looked angry but more relaxed than before. I wondered where Lesso had gone when suddenly, I saw her rushing down the hallway, visibly upset by the previous discussion. Clarissa asked me if I was okay, and I replied that I was, but I needed some rest. She understood and, before leaving I held her shoulder, asking what she had told Lesso. She declared that she had done as I had asked, reprimanding her for her attitude towards me and that Lady Lesso had better calm down. She then left, a bit colder than usual but still smiling.
