Then...
I was walking down Palington street when I first heard it. A loud crash. At first, I thought I was just imagining things as usual, so I just kept walking down the empty street .After walking another few minutes I conviced myself I had really imagined it .
But still ,I felt something was off ,I had a weird feeling and all the hairs on my arm stood up,when it wasn't even remotely cold with the sun high in the sky.
The only thing i heard was the sound of my flats hit the asphalt with a loud smack ,and beacause I was the only insane person to go out at 1 pm during one of the hottest days in Texas, every step I made ,echoed down the lonely street.
Which is why when I heard the sound of someone running it made me stop and turn around.Which was obviously a stupid thing of me to do.
My unexpected move made the person behind me crash, into me.
I started falling and was already expecting the sting of the hot asphalt ,so I shut my eyes waiting for the impact .At first i couldnt understand why the asphalt was hard and muscled .
As a few more seconds passed by i started realizing that I wasnt lying on the sidewalk ,i was infact lying on a chest of a boy.
As embarrassment started to sink in and make my already flushed cheeks even redder , I decided that I didnt want to embarrass myself anymore so I finally opened my eyes,to be greeted with the greenest eyes I had ever seen .
The green eye boy was staring at me, not checking me out, or trying to see down my blouse where my lace bra was showing .
No.He was staring at my eyes as if he had never seen hazel eyes before.
And i knew that look.
