As you continued on with your desk work, Makki was rushing to work a sweaty mess. When he entered and sat next to you and let his things fall to his desk, everyone glared at him and all the noise he was making.
"Makki," you said. "Shut up and sit down." He listend and did exactly what you said. "Hey, is Mattsun still coming by for lunch?" "Uh, shit no," said Makki. You frowned at the news. "Why not?" Makki explained Mattsun had an unexpected funeral to set up while he got his things together and smoothed down his hair.
"Do I look okay?" He asked. You shrugged. "You look alright." "Gee thanks." "I'm joking," you said. "You look like a handsome lad you do!" "Why thank you!" He said as you both smiled, but those smiles fell when the office manager came to pay you both a visit.
He leant against your desk and asked how you were doing while eyeing Makki who was sweating like a maniac. He was gonna break for sure. "Y/n...did you come to work with Makki today?" "Uh...no sir," you answered nervously. "Oh, really?" He turned his gaze toward Makki. "Have you been here the whole morning Makki?"
