I think this chapter took me way too long, i had no idea what to do then i was just reading some random fanfics about ships i like, the idea shot to my brain that Muichiro and Tanjiro are now ✨✨Besties✨✨.... Muichiro pov:
Hmm Its tanjiro's birthday tomorrow! i wonder what i could get him.
"Hey Tanjiro, i know its your birthday tomorrow! Do you want me to give you a kiss as a present?~" i said.
He blushed then smacked the back of my head.
"Ow :<" i pouted.
"Just get a normal present.." He said.
"Like what?" i asked.
"I dont know, just think of something i like."
Come to think about it... He really likes Books. Romance, i suppose.

School is finally over (💀) Im gonna buy something for Tanjiro🥳

"Where are you going?" My brother asked me while raising his eyebrow (🤨)
"Im going to buy something." i replied
"Buy what?"
"None of your business."
"Tch, then dont tell me. Just come back alive."
"Whatever." i walked out of our dorm.

Im at the store right now. Debating about what book i could get him. Slow burn? Enemies to Lovers? I dont know! My mind was about to explode right now when i remembered something. I saw him read a book about RomCom (Romance and Comedy, idrk i saw it somewhere before💀)
This book is perfect! Also should i get him a keychain or something...
(Bro should probably take notes about what Tanjiro likes alot. But come to think of it, he probably likes Muichiro the most,

I was helping Tanjiro's friends set up for his birthday, its not like i wanted to help them but its for Tanjiro so i just had to. (Simp💀 /j)
"Wow. the schools bully, helping us?" some guy with yellow hair blurted out.
"Tsk, i could beat his ass if he attemps to ruin Gompachiro's birth-day, come at me Muichitos!" some guy with a boar head said. If i could, i would. But it will make Tanjiro upset if i do. I didnt want him to be upset on his special day.

"Hey guys!" we heard a familiar voice and we instantly knew it was Tanjiro. We tried to act Natural but this boar head guy keeps on making it obvious.
"Hey Monjiro, do you like this pre-" The yellow hair guy cut him off by covering his mouth.
"He meant do you like this video! Heh.." he said nervously while showing a video on his phone.
Tanjiro tilted his head like a confused puppy. That was so cute.
"You guys are acting strange. Is something wrong?" he asked us.
"Nothings wrong!" a girl black hair and blue eyes yelled.
"If you say so. Anyways I'll be right back, im going to the bathroom. See you later!" he then ran off.
"You guys almost made us caught red handed." i told them. A little irritated about how boar head guy almost showed his "Present".
How pathetic.

Tanjiro pov:
My friends are all acting weird today. Oh well, Inosuke probably just doing some random shinanegans. But today, he was going to show me somethijng and he said 'Do you like this pre-' i dont know what he was supposed to say, Zenitsu just said that he meant to say  'video'. I just shrugged it all away. (Bye Bye random Thoughts👋🏻)

My friends called me to come to the rooftop, i wonder why.

im on the school rooftop now. Hmm strange, theres no one here?
I was cut out of my thoughts when i heard my friends yell.
"Happy birthday Tanjiro!" they all said in unison. They came out of their hiding spots and brought me a.. cake? And presents.

The cake was Strawberry flavoured. (Apparently i made Tanjiro like strawberry flavour stuff, dont ask why)
I liked all the presents, But the one from Muichiro was my favorite. (💀) it was a Romance and Comedy book, along with a keychain that was a birthday cake. (whats wrong with me)

My birthday, is almost over. (9 pm rn) i was going inside my dorm then i saw Muichiro. I didnt think twice about doing this.

Muichiro pov:
I just got back from the bathroom, then i saw someone call me
It was.... Tanjiro?
"Oh hey Ta-" i was cut off. Because... He hugged me?
"Thank you for today. I enjoyed my birthday because all of you were there." i could feel my cheeks get warmer. (Which🤨)
"O-oh.. No problem." I stuttered... That never happened, i guess until now.
"well, i have to go now. Goodnight Mui!" he said while walking away.
"Goodnight.."
