Maria POV

I am finally done unpacking my stuff after about an hour or so. I really didn't bring that much from home since this is supposed to be a new life, but there are some things I can't live without. Since it is now 7.30pm, I decided to head out to grab some food at a restaurant or something like that, since I don't have any food here just yet. I grab my purse, phone and keys, then find a jacket and tie it around my waist. it's not actually cold out right now, but you never know later. I leave the apartment and take my phone out to search for the nearest place I can find. looks like it is only 5 minutes away. I open it in maps and then follow the route. I can't wait till I can get around here without help.

As I finally make it to my destination, it is a nice Korean restaurant with not so many people in there at this hour, which is fine with me. I go to the counter and ask for a table. The waiter guides me to a single table and gives me a menu card. "Can I get you started with something to drink? they stand on the back here." she says to me with a little smile, then points at the back of the menu card. "Thank you. uhm i guess i will just take a glass of water and a strawberry daiquiri." I say to her then look at her and smile back. "right on it. be right back with your drinks, then you can figure out what to eat." she says as she makes a little bow, and leaves to go make the drinks. I look over the menu to see the different kinds of options. I decided to try their samgyeopsal. After the waiter returned with the drink and water and took my order she went back and I found my phone, just scrolling through instagram while waiting, taking a sip of my drink.

Jimin POV

After we finish unpacking the last of our suitcases, some of the boys will be going home to their families. but me and Kookie have decided to stay at the dorm for now, since our families live longer away. "Kooks, I am going out to eat. Do you wanna join me?" I ask him as I find my mask and sunglasses. "Sure, where are we going?" "the usual place. now come on then.'' I say to him as he runs to catch up with me. We take my car since I know he will be drinking more than me today. We arrived not long after. it's more secure to go there late at night so there aren't that many people. and the waiter is a childhood friend so she won't babble about us being there. "Welcome back guys, is it just you two today?" she asks us with a smile then guides us to the more private area so as to not catch any unwanted attention. That spot overlooks the rest of the restaurant so you can see everyone in here. "Yes, it's just us today, thanks." I said to her, When we arrive at the table we find what we want to eat almost instantly since we know everything they serve here. "be right back with your stuff." she says as she leaves. kooks finds his phone, and as i check my pockets i find out i forgot mine at home. "dammit." I say out of the blue. "what's up Jimin-shii?" Kooks looks up at me. "I just forgot my phone at home. that's ok." I say to him then look out on the people dining. and then as kooks looks down on his phone again, I lay my eyes on a literal angel sitting by herself, eating samgyeopsal, drinking what looks like a strawberry daiquiri. my eyes widened by her beauty. She doesn't look korean. Where is she from? I don't think I have ever seen something so pretty in my entire life. "wow." I say, completely awestruck, making me drop my jaw. "Huh?" Kooks looks up again, a little confused. "Oh nothing. I say to him as I still look down on her. "most have imagined something." then our food arrives.
