it was almost 12am, which means its almost mingi's birthday.
luckily mingi arrives home from work at at least 12, so it would be perfect timing.
yunho was planning his husband, mingi's birthday date.
he had a little table set up, roses all across half of the floor and around the table.
along with some cranberry juice to look like wine.
yunho had also dyed his hair green to surprise mingi.
it was only a few minutes until mingi came home from work,, so yunho only had a few minutes to slip on that one silk pajama set that mingi loves.
the pajama set was a white silk short sleeve and pants.
it may've been basic, but mingi loves basic.
yunho rushed to his mirror and fixed his hair, he looked at his phone and the time said 11:59pm so mingi was bound to walk in any moment.
yunho couldnt hold in any excitement because he wanted to give mingi the best birthday ever.
while he was about to do something else, he heard the door creak open, and a voice yelling, "baby! are you home?"
yunho quickly ran to the door to hug his fiancée.
mingi was greeted by yunho's soft arms around his neck while his face was buried into his neck.
"happy birthday baby!" yunho shouted out of excitement.
mingi gave him a kiss on the cheek as a thank you but was soon replied with a shocked face and yunho pointing to his lips.
"you kissed the wrong place, try again!" yunho said while still pointing to his lips.
mingi quickly obeyed and gave him a very romantic kiss.
"thank you, now as you can see i planned you a cute little birthday date, now let's eat!"
"woah, woah, woah." mingi said while pulling yunho back to his original spot.
something had caught mingi's eye, "what is this?" mingi asked while slightly pulling the lace up so it was visible.
mingi had a slight smirk but also a raised eyebrow because he's never in all of his years with yunho, had seen him wear lace.
"oh, um.." yunho was planning to "have fun" with mingi later and he was supposed to make the first move, but mingi pointed it out first and he lost all of that 'first move confidence' and got shy.
"well, i-"
"oh, i also see you're wearing those pretty pajamas that i love~"
"those pajamas AND lace? baby, what were your intentions for tonight?"
yunho felt like he'd been a kid that tried to cheat on a test but got caught.
mingi got closer to yunho, and placed his large hands onto yunho's waist.
yunho swore he felt shivers all throughout his body.
their faces were only inches away from each other which made the tension grow higher.
"dont say it like that, it makes it sound weird!they werent intentions, more sort of like.. a birthday present!"
"and what's the birthday present?"
"you getting to see me naked~" yunho said, while wiggling his hips to tease mingi.
the silence was there for a few but yunho broke it and giggled.
