Amy POV
It has been a week since I have come to Cyrillius' home, but nonetheless I was comfortable. He has the most magnificent house I have ever seen. It was a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, and 2 living room home.
It had a garden out behind it. And when he said he lived on the outskirts of Tira he meant very far out. The walls when you looked at them from the tower he had looked very small. I'm surprised no one in the walls has ever seen this place before.
Every other night Cyrillius goes out for hours on end, but comes home with nothing as if he went for a midnight stroll. Why someone would want to go out in the middle of a forest full to the brim with monsters I will never know.
Other than that it was quite peaceful. But deep down inside I knew that I should be home with Sasha and Tom. When I thought of Tom I shivered. I walked out onto the balcony to get some fresh air.
"What are you doing out here without a coat. You might catch a cold." Cyrillius said as he came up behind me with a coat and put over my shoulders.
"I think I must go home Cyrillius." I said sadly. I looked behind me and saw Cyrillius looking down.
"I do not deem it wise to go back to the walls, but I will not hold you here if you want to leave." He lifted his head to say that and his eyes were glossed over.
I could not stand the fact that I made him sad, but I knew that Sasha needs me. "I am sorry." I say quietly. "When I do get back you should come and visit me."
At this he perked up. "I would be delighted to go." He said excitedly.
"Alright that's settled, now we should go to bed so we don't catch that cold." I say jokingly. I start to walk away and I hear his deep chuckle behind me.
